Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in (pipes and pits ) in all kinds of soil such as pick work, Blasting work,soft/hard rock, blasting by chiesling soft / hard rock where blastng is prohibited in all lifts Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres away from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required in to plinth and sides of foundations, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth, unusable materials as directed with in all leads/lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge
Laying jointing and testing of bevelled ended G.I. pipe (medium class )with circumfernital butt welded joints (94%) by electric arc welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness )and testing of G.I. pipe of following dia confirming to ISI 1239-1990 (part-III) having wall thickness as specfied below capable of with standing required test pressure including manufacturing and fabrication of reducers/ tapers all short pices required degree of bends etc . as per site requirement made from parent tubes and the laying of pipe shall also providing MS flanged of required table including welding of flanges joints of pipe (6%) duly welded including nuts. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS: 814 of Advani oerlikon/L&T of ISI marked make the damaged portion of pipes (if damages during laying and joints operation of pipe). The rates also including entire carriage of material flushing cleaning and hydraulic testing of pipes D.P. test of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete within all leads and lifts.

Design and Construction of M 30 RCC over head storage tanks of different capacities , including cost of excavation, site development cost of construction material , necessary arrangement of inlet,outlet, over flow & scour pipe alongwith sluice valves , & other fixtures & fitting, and carriage of meterial within all leads and lifts. ( The design and Drawing shall be got approved from competent authority before execution ) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer- in- charge.The details of overhead storage reservior as given below

Providing and installation of horizontal spindle casing/end suction(back pull out arrangement) single/double/ multistages submersible pumps or combination of pumps in series, parellel of recommended make such as Mather and Platt/KSB/Kirloskar/ Crompton /Becon weir/BE/Jyoti as per BIS 9283-1979 with upto date ammendments read with 8034-2002 or latest addition suitable to lift clear water under mentioned characteristics with bronze impellers/priming funnels casing rings and shaft sleeves of bronze, shaft of steel grade EN-8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common mild steel base plate (base plate to be from the manufacturer of the pumping unit only) to squirrel cage/slipering screen protected drip proof induction motor of standard make such as Kirloskar / Crompton / BHEL/ NGEF / GEC / Siemens / Jyoti / ABB / Lubi suitable for operation on 400(+/-) 10% volts, 50 cycles/second, 3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor should be at least 10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump in the operation range of (+)10% and (-) 25% of the duty point head. The motor should be as per IS; 325-1978 with upto date ammendments. it should include cost of bearing nuts bolts and pointing etc.and should meet the following requirements:- The pumping machinery shall be installed on a proper designed base plate. The foundation of the machinery should be proper designed and anchored properly. The rate of each set shall be inclusive of all required accessaries of complete automation.

Automation:- Supply , Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fully Automatic LT Panel for Submersible pump made out of 16 Gauge sheet powder coated dust and veremin proof wall mounted and front opering door type switch board with copper insulated wiring suitable to operate 4 nos. pump of required capacities as per data given in 4, 4.1 & 4.2 automatically through Variable Frequency Drive Starter. Starter should be capable to handle all the faults like short circuit, over current, under current, over voltage, under voltage, dry pump protection. It should get on and off command automatically from PLC and HMI. Monitoring and controlling of Pump running and tripping status should be monitored and controlled remotely through IOT enabled device. Variable frequency drive starter of required capacities as per data given in 4, 4.1 & 4.2 of Heavy Duty for smooth start and smooth stop of pumps and for the energy conservation in the system. It Should be capable to control the frequecy of pumps through out the operation and also should be capable to maintain the power factor of the system within acceptable limits. It should have ambient temperature 50 Degree without derating and have conformal coating class 3C2, so that it can work in any harsh environment like moisture etc. Make: Aarmation Electric Private Limited/MAS/ELLES
