Supply, delivery at site & storage of the following valves as per details of approved make specification having the following nomenclature :

Ultrasonic type continuous Measuring unit with provision of 4-20 mA analogue signal, indicator & recorder for continuous level monitoring as well as relay output for sensing high, low level in sump including wall mounting box for installation of the same and in compliance with NIT specification. Provision of smart PLC based pump controller with all protection interlock as per direction of EIC.

Providing earthing & lighting protection conforming to details specified in NIT.

Supply, delivery at site & storage of solar panel sensed LED smart light with pole, cable, earthing etc. at the pumping station site.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of electrical equipment for internal lighting, exhaust fan, wiring for the panel room, securtiy room etc. conforming details specified in NIT specification.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 2 M.T capacity x 5 mtr. span (approx) x 4 mtr. lift single girder construction Hand operated overhead travelling crane incorporated with Indef brand triple spur gear chain pulley block. All the three motions to the crane shall be manual and to be operated from floor by hand chain. The crane shall be designed for Class-I duty outdoor operation conforming to IS-807, IS-3177 & IS-3832 as and where applicable. The crane structure shall be supplied duly painted with two coats of red lead primer. The crane shall be tested with 25% overload at works as per IS-807-2006. Necessary steel gantry girder with 40 mm square rail suitable for the above crane and to be designed for a max. column pitch distance of 4.5 mtr. and supported on proposed brackets where suitable base plate and side insert plates, joint plates and side ties shall also be supplied along the gantry girder. The gantry structure shall be supplied duly painted with two coats of red lead primer as per direction and upto the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Installtion of all items as mentined above including supply of all erection materials, pipe supports, pump foudation blocks, valve supports etc. as required for installtion of Pumping Machinery, HOT Crane including making cable jointing, cable supports & clamps etc, including laying of L.T. cable through permanent cable trench on GI rack / tray, earthing & lighting protecktion as per IE Rules, Complete indoor & outdoor lighting installation work with all internal & external wiring to the entire satisfaction of EIC. (Cost includes hire charges of generator, welding set, fuels, Lubricants etc. for completion of work.)

Painting of the installtion by two coats of enamel paints (Color to be decided by purchaser) over a coat of primer as per direction of E.I.C.

Commissioning of the entire installation with electrical quipments including the cost of relevant testing of pump, motor, valves, PDB cum MCC, cables, earthing etc. as per direction and upto the entire satisfaction of E.I.C.

Operation of the entire installtion as above in both pumping station with PDB cum MCC room on 24 hours basis including guarding and maintenance for a period of 3 months trial run are to be provided with suplly of skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled personel including watch & ward personnel from the date of commissioning in compliance with NIT Specification. During maintenance period , all consumable materials sundries & lubricants are to be supplied. Charges of electrical energy during maintenance period will be born by the Dept.
