Supply and Laying XLPE insulated galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power UG cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 V grade of size 10 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out excavated soil/sand/unserviceable LT Cable for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Sand cushioning and covering of UG cable using crushed metal sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for brick well burnt Class ‘B’ Modular Brick as cover to U/G cable laid dry flat over the cable with width equal to length of the cable and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over underground cable for cable protection in trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting existing concrete/metal/ bituminous road/PCC hard standing or tile walk way of any type by using crow bar chisel etc not exceeding 45 cm wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre depth for laying GI pipe including making good the surface by returning in layers 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 over 200 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones over returning filled earth, watering ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (GI pipe will be measured and paid separately)

Supply and lay in trenches/fixed on walls/poles GI tubing medium grade with all fittings of 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix LED Flood light Green Colour complete with pressure die cast housing and toughened glass, electric drivers and all standard accessories as per design and manufacture suitable for IP-66 degree of protection and 50 Watt (R/G/B) capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED IP65 rated Inverted Pyramid Tripod type LED Bollard 10 Watt with soft 360 deg light distribution, 230V complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED post top lantern die-cast aluminium spigot for mounting LED driver and spun aluminium canopy which is painted white inside, epoxy powder coated matt black finish after phosphochromate treatment and light source of High efficiency long life LED module with SMD LED package mounted on MCP CB and viewing angle of 116 degree suitable for mounting with OD of 70 mm max with 3 Nos hexa screw etc, of capacity 25 watts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing aesthetically designed decorative hot dipped galvanised mild steel step pole with grey powder finish, compactable for all Havells post top range 3.5 metre height, Mild steel base plate of 268 mm dia, and two sections which having a dia of 110mm and a height of 970 mm for bottom section and a dia of 76mm and a height of 2530mm height for top section, and plasma cut & duly chamfered opening window of 300 x 110 mm for terminal connections & mounting accessories including necessary PCC foundation and earthwork etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed plates, coping and including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and providing form work for rough finished surfaces and finishing all exposed surfaces of concrete complete, all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose, watering,& removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre and making good surface, complete all as directed and specified .

Supply & Fix street light TIMER control panel, 65 Amps, 3 pole/230Volt, astronomical time switch pole/wall mounting made out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated with locking arrangement, including internal wiring complete with bypass arrangements and comprising of as manufactures recommendation and design.

Material & Labour for GI tubing of size 80 mm dia medium grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/accessories for protection of cable on pole/wall and under road crossing including clamps, nut bolt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix MCCB 4 Pole, 250 Amps, 25 KA, 415 V, with adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic setting ICS=100% ICU with SS Enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix MCCB 4 Pole, 320 Amps, 36 KA, 415 V, with adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic setting ICS=100% ICU with SS Enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge of (0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe, and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point /transformer neutral/body/ Lt panel etc. and testing on completion, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing flood lights carefully (any capacity, any type) from pole, and removing unserviceable materials out of site complete all as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply & Fix in replacement of LED Flood light fitting Secures 150 Watt, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium flood light, suitable for highlighting architectural facade and general purpose lighting, heat resistant, toughened glass with frame with IP 66 Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of PVC insulated copper conductor 3 core 2.5 Sqmm cable to be drawn inside the pole, including taking down of old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of Junction box made of glass fiber reinforced and transparent poly carbonate of size 126X228X111 mm, KV PC 8104 with IP 65 protection including MCB SP, 10 Amps 1 No and suitable size clamps fixing for pole/in PCC foundation etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Painting to steel tubular pole of any height, any size with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of anti corrosive paint, including preparation of surfaces by removing old paint, proper cleaning, filling cavities with filler, marking pole Number as existing, size of 50 mm height in black colour with yellow back ground in round shape of dia max up to 150 mm complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and Lay UG cable in trenches/passing through pipes/fixed on walls or poles cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5core 300sqmm with suitable cable gland completed all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix on load change over switch 4 pole 415V, 320 Amp in sheet steel enclosure with all connections completed all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for GI tubing light grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/accessories for protection of cable on pole/wall and under road crossing including clamps, nut bolt etc all as specified and directed of size 80mm dia including taking down old unserviceable tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
