Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L for Cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in two layer on fair faces of brick work or concrete sur-faces of wall as 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Supply only Integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on external wall.

Disconnecting existing tanks, up to 500 ltrs, setting aside, lowering if required, and refixing (hoisting if required) in position after necessary petty repair and cleaning all as directed by Engr -in charge

Disconnecting existing tanks,exc 500 but n.exc.1000 ltrs setting aside, lowering if required, and refixing (hoisting if required) in position after necessary petty repair and cleaning all as directed by Engr -in charge

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 ltr but n.exc to 500 ltrs and S&Frotational moulded PVC water storage tank 500ltrs capacity conforming to IS-12701(1989) cylindrical vertical type multi-layered with closed top including inlet,outlet and wash out holes of approved make hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including S&F 20mm ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 455 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 ltr but n.exc to 1000 ltrs and S&Frotational moulded PVC water storage tank 1000 ltrs capacity conforming to IS-12701(1989) cylindrical vertical type multi-layered with closed top including inlet,outlet and wash out holes of approved make hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including S&F 20mm ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 455 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, 20mm bore including cleaning for refixing or removal to store

Refixing 20mm bore old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.)

S&F 20mm bore galvanised mild steel tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as directed.

S & F in repair 20mm ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed

S & F in repair 25mm ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed

M&L for complete removal of existing water proofing treatment APP membrane and cement plaster and cleaning and washing down the surface with water and removing debris/rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

M&L for complete removal of existing water proofing treatment including plaster and concrete padding, roughening of concrete surface, cleaning and washing down the surface with water and removing debris/rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment APP membrane including PCC tiles above, and plaster and concrete padding below, roughening of concrete roof surface, cleaning and washing down the surface with water and removing debris/rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

M&L for 50 mm avg thick PCC padding over roof , type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed. (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L 10mm thick rendering on roof in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement over PCC surface for laying APP membrane on roof (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for water Proofing treatment to roof slabs by applying one coat of bituminious/polymerized primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltrs/Sqm, and laying actetic polypropylene (APP) modified membrane pre fabricated , reinforced with non woven polyester, of minimum 3.50 Kg/Sqm 3 mm thick (minimum) with minimum 75 mm side overlaps and minimum 100 mm end overlaps and applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

M&L for water Proofing treatment to roof slabs by applying one coat of bituminious/polymerized primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltrs/Sqm, and laying actetic polypropylene (APP) modified membrane pre fabricated , reinforced with non woven polyester, of minimum 3.50 Kg/Sqm 3 mm thick (minimum) with minimum 75 mm side overlaps and minimum 100 mm end overlaps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

M&L for water Proofing treatment to roof slabs by applying one coat of bituminous/polymerized primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.25 Ltrs/Sqm, and laying self adhesive water proofing membrane 1.5 mm thick with minimum 75 mm side overlaps and minimum 100 mm end overlaps and applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm over membrane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

M & L for brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm

M & L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions of cement in floors/roof top laid over and including 20 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Cutting grooves in brick parapet wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 for sealing APP membrane in brick parapet wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 25mm thick pre-formed filler for expansion/crumple joints of roof slabs

Supply and fix Plain 0.71mm thick, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed)

Taking down PVC/CI pipe of any pattern size including all fittings etc. and cleaning for refixing or removal outside MD land

S&F in repairs 110mm dia PVC SWR pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls

S & F in repairs 110mm dia PVC SWR bend with oval access door

S & F in repairs 110mm dia PVC SWR bend without oval access door

S&F in repairs 25mm gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc,

M& L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6

M&L for100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base/staging of water tanks complete, all as specified & directed.
