Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in floors ,beams ,chajjas,landing slab in any position or height and similar suspended works and removing rubbish out of MOD Land complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Debris will be disposed as per UT Norms and Contractors will laise to UT officials and rates quoted shall deemed to include this aspect.

Demolition of lime/ cement concrete in ground floors and pavings exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including chaina mozaic,WC etc. and removing rubish out MOD land complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Debris will be disposed as per UT Norms and Contractors will laise to UT officials and rates quoted shall deemed to include this aspect.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc 15 cm thick (below or above GL) and removing rubbish outside MoD land complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Debris will be disposed as per UT Norms and Contractors will laise to UT officials and rates quoted shall deemed to include this aspect.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises of MOD land complete ,all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Debris will be disposed as per UT Norms and Contractors will laise to UT officials and rates quoted shall deemed to include this aspect.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc of any description or thickness, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete and removing rubbish out of MoD land complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Debris will be disposed as per UT Norms and Contractors will laise to UT officials and rates quoted shall deemed to include this aspect.

Supply and fixing factory made pressed steel frames having profile 125mm x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates made out of 1.25 mm thick MS sheet, including necessary fixing lugs, 04 Nos medium weight 100mm size hinges, lock strike plate, thresh hold bar/flat etc. and one shop coat of primer complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Supply and fixing factory made pressed steel frames of size 105 x 60mm for doors with one/more rebates including necessary fittings, lugs, 04 Nos medium weight 100mm size hinges, lock strike plate and one shop coat of primer complete ,all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Supply and fixing factory made 35mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both side complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Supply and fixing factory made 30 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to received glass gauge etc,( without sash bars), edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. supplied and fitted to chowkats complete ,all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge. Dimensions of shutters shall be as specified in SSR part I (2009), Section-8, Clause 8.24(a).

Supply and fixing Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed Stainless Steel screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/Stainless Steel dash 100mm/125mm long fasteners of required dia complete all as per drawings and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Putty of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered @ 1kg per sq. mtr. after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust by skilled abour. Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with a capacity of mixing 40kg putty in single go. The putty mixer should have variable speed functioning for preparation of smooth and lump free putty and for one coat of waterproofing primer and damp-proof primer @ 1 Itr per 100 sq. undiluted to be applied using an airless spray machine of with a flow rate of 2L per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 4-6 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats.,and applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 100 ft. The spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard-to-reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Oil bound distemper, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) The Contractor shall produce"Memoradum of Understanding" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected.

(c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (d) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (e) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (f) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery , electric fittings , wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (g) Sample patch of 10 Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work. (h) Guarantee :- The contractor shall furnish a guarantee certificate from approved make in favour of Garison Engineer for the efficieny of the Oil bound distemper for 3 yrs during the guarantee period.

Material & Labour for one coat of waterproofing primer and damp-proof primer @ 1 Itr per 60 sq. diluted with 10% by water to be applied using an airless spray machine of with a flow rate of 2L per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 4-6 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats, After priming two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additives, with heat Reflectant property which can reduce the painted surface temp. by 5 degree and gives excellent protection against UV attack with VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1L / 64 sait diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with airless spray machine of paint application with a flow rate of 2L per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge. Material &Labour for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping and sanding with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of diameter of 7"/9" using a 80 grit sanding paper to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as directed., M&L for touch up putty application wherever required over the old painted wall @ 1kg per sq. mtr. Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with a capacity of mixing 40kg putty in single go. The putty mixer should have variable speed functioning for preparation of smooth and lump free putty. M&l for one coat of waterproofing primer and damp-proof primer @ 1 Itr per 100 sq. undiluted to be applied using an airless spray machine of with a flow rate of 2L per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 4-6 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats, M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 100 ft. The spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard-to-reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for two coats of Efflorescence treatment on existing walls after removal of existing plaster(to be measured separately) using acrylic polymer modified viscous coating with minimum specific gravity of 1.35 and minimum weighed solid percentage of 61 by scrapping/cleaning the loose particles followed by 1st coat in horizontal direction and 2nd coat in vertical direction 3-4 hrs after 1st coat. Each coat to achieve a dry film thickness of 150-170 microns and minimum coverage will be 2-2.5 sqm/kg/2coats complete,all as specified and directed by Engineer –in-Charge .Note: The chemical should not be mixed with water.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping and sanding with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of diameter of 7"/9" using a 80 grit sanding paper to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as directed, after sanding, one coat of waterproofing primer and damp-proof primer @ 1 Itr per 60 sq. diluted with 10 % by water to be applied using an airless spray machine of with a flow rate of 2L per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 4-6 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats.M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additives, with heat Reflectant property which can reduce the painted surface temp by 5 degree and gives excellent protection against UV attack with VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1L / 64 saft diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with airless spray machine of paint application with a flow rate of 2L per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed.
