Proposal price includes all taxes and duties, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), custom duty, counter veiling duty on imported

materials, educational cess, octroi duty, (if any) etc. prevailing as on record date.

We understand that concessional custom duty is available for import of goods/materials for supply of Battery Energy Storage System rated for

20MW/120MWh at the point of injection using Vanadium Redox Flow Battery Technology with all associated electrical, mechanical and civil

systems at Vadodara, Gujarat & the same is considered while quoting our prices. We confirm that, if we fail to utilise this concession for what

so ever reason, then there shall not be any liability on this account on the owner.

Rate of Taxes & duties is on the date of bid submission. However the same shall be reimbursed on the quoted price at actual against

3 documentary evidence of payment by the Bidder in case of the completion within scheduled period or, approved extended date of completion

We confirm that the price quoted for bought out item is inclusive of all taxes and duties. Liability on account of variation of taxes and duties for

these items fully rest with us.

5 We confirm that all the applicable taxes and duties at the current rates are included in the quoted price.

The price of Mandatory Spares, Optional Items, and Comprehensive O&M for a period of 10 years (evaluated on Present Value basis

considering applicable discounting factor and annual escalation) shall be considered for bid evaluation.
