Roofing With 0.5mm thick galvanized /pre painted G.I profiled sheets with crimp of 200mm length fixed to the purlins With 14 size self drilling with neoprene washer Side laps are stiched with self tapping drilling screws .End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape .the sheets are provided with anti capillary groove.including cost and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification for finished item of work.

Plastering 20mm thick in single coat in CM(1:5) for even surfaces including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand (screened), water etc., to site and all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, curing as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete for finished item of work.

White washing two coats with whiting of approved quality to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost of all materials, labour charges and incidental such as scaffolding, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding conveyance charges of materials .

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint first grade to Old iron work including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 912 for external walls for:-External Colouring - acrylic emulsion paint - 2 Coats.
