Dismantling cross-arms of MS channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use/credited to contractor complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cross arms from broken pole including MS clamps, nut bolts and refix the same on new poles including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat ot red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size at any position complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Dismantling of ACSR Conductor from pole complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out the old stay assembly incl demolition of plain cement concrete all as specifiede and as directed by the Engr in charge. Note (i) unit rate of this item includes the loose/disconnect the all accessories which are connected to stay assy including necessary excavation as directed (ii) Existing stay assembly are fixed on the LT/HT pole of PCC or steel tubuler pole, nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

S&F in repair PVC line seperator for separating 3/4/5 LT overhead lines complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 including GI Adjustable stay rod of 16 mm dia, GI stay wire of size 7/4 mm incl stay clamps incl necessary excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engr in charge. Note :Unit rate of this item includes the cost of earth work, loop type insulator, PCC and stay wire.

Straining and re-stretching of existing over head aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on LT poles with mechanical tool, including binding and jointing the conductor with and including 14 SWG binding wire and jumpers connections with PG clamps complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of steel tubuler swaged poles of any length complete with cast iron base plate including necessary demolition and excavation complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of sub main wiring from street light to junction box with PVC insulated and PVC Round Sheathed 3-core Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable for Voltage Grade 1100 Volt, 1.5 sqmm in and including heavy grade PVC conduit and its accessories with fixing arrangements on pole surface, wall, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. Note : One run of 3-core Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable, one run of PVC conduit together taken as one length for measuring unit length.

S&F in replacement of High power LED Street light fitting 45 watt 5000 k, 110 lm/W ,IP>66 , IK>07 grey powder coated die cast aluminium housing , inbuilt energy efficent surge protected electronic driver with modular lens and toughened glass including connected with three core copper cable to overhead conductor and all connected accessories complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of High power LED Street light fitting 70 watt 5000 k, 110 lm/W, IP>66 , IK>07 grey powder coated die cast aluminium housing , inbuilt energy efficent surge protected electronic driver with modular lens and toughened glass including connected with three core copper ceble to overhead conductor and all connected accessories complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

S&F steel tubular poles type SP-31 (9 m long) complete with cost iron/mild steel base plate, finial taper plug , bolts, nuts & screwed as specified including necessary excavation and earth work , PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation & around poles and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in plinth/coping of pole incl disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, painting steel tubular poles exposed surface with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and making five nos aletrnative white and black strip 30 cm height upto 1.5 m height from top of PCC coping with sythentic enamel paint and numbering of pole complete incl painting of embeded portin with two coat of bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. Note: Earth work,PCC and painting of poles are included in overall cost quoted.

S&F in replacement of GI bracket made of GI pipe 32 mm bore, light grade, 1.50 metres long, bent to shape required as in street light brackets, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable size MS clamps, nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

S&F in repair cable junction box made of FRP of size 250x150x75mm with 6-32 Amp MCB SPN and bus bar fixed along the wall/pole complete including mounting arrangements including removing the existing defective looping box complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Taking out defective XLPE / PVC cable of any size and type from trenches / walls / under floor etc , including PCC cable cover complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be included in quoted rate. (ii) Unit rate of this item is also includes the removal of bricks / tile as cable protection GI, pipe and cable joint kit etc. and nothing extra shall be admissible on this acoount (iii) After taking out the cable from the trenches , serviceability of cable shall be checked by the contractor in presence of the Engr-in-Charge and nothing extra shall be paid on this account

Excavation in trenches/ foundation in hard/ dense soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and n'exc. 1.50m deep for laying of HT under ground cable/pole foundation and getting out including forming bottom surface to required level or slope complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25Cm in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material in Hard/ dense soil nexc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n'exc1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to U/G cable in layers of 23cm thick (8 cm before laying the cable and 15cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. Note : Puned thickness of sand shall only be measured.
