Repairing of LT APFC panel at main control room SDW Okhla by carrying out the following works: - Dismantling of defective components, burnt wire & cleaning of the contact parts of the components.
Shunt capacitors power 3 phase, 415V AC 50 Hz MPP type heavy duty in suitable banking as per requirement to maintain power factor. Make: EPCOS/L&T and DJB approved makes.
Fast response automatic power factor correction relay 8 stage 415V digital type with display of power factor. Make: EPCOS/L&T and DJB approved makes.
MCCB of 160 amp. 415V AC 3 phase TP 50 Hz braking capacity 50 KA. Make: Siemens/L&T/Schneider and DJB approved makes.
MCCB of 100 amp. 415V AC 3 phase TP 50 Hz braking capacity 50 KA. Make: Siemens/L&T/Schneider and DJB approved makes.
MCB of 63 amp. 415V AC 3 phase TP 50 Hz. Make: Siemens/L&T/Schneider and DJB approved makes.

Fixing of all switchgears i.e. APFC relay contactor, MCB, in their respective chamber duly wired, tapping, tumbling, ferruling and connection with main bus bar both in outgoing incoming part fixing of all measurement components indicating lights, ON-OFF lights etc, at respective space in panel for proper functioning & indicating the status of the panel during running conditions and maintenance of power factor 0.98 for six months.
Two layers of synthetic paint of suitable grade and color in whole 2 Nos. APFC panel with paint gun.
Serving/Overhauling in incomer ACB of APFC panel by taking out the ACB from panel complete cleaning , greasing of movable parts, replacement of springs, terminal block, checking of control wiring & re-fitting of the ACB in panel chamber with complete cable connection.
Testing & commissioning of the all installed components in APFC panel and setting of APFC relay to get proper power factor at site at NO LOAD and ON LOAD along with engineer-in-charge.
