Supply, Delivery, Erection, Commissioning of Vertical Turbine pump of make Kirloskar Brothers Limited /flow more / willo /equivalent standard company to discharge 2700 cum/hr at a head of 40M as per specifications, efficiency not less than 80% and recommended input power of 440 KW / 600 HP, 990 RPM(syn) pump material and construction of casing and bowl with 2.5% NICI, Impeller with CF 8M, shaft and wearings with SS 316 material arrangement of gland packing, cooling system and pump driven with 440 KW/ 600 HP VSS vertical mounting with specifications of solid shaft TEFC enclosure, F Class insulation suitable for voltage variation of +/- 10% and frequency variation of +/- 5% with accessories and tools and tackles complete with trail run of specified discharge as directed by the departmental engineer-in-charge (600 HP Motor with pumpset)

Fabrication, supply and fixing of indoor type, dust and weather proof Drive Control Panel fabricating with 16 SWG CR sheet, making individual compartments for components, making internal wiring with suitable Al busbars and wires as per IE rules, internal and external surface coating with epoxy powder coating and fixing follwing components charges including cost and convayance of all material and labor and excluding Taxes & Duties as per data as directed by the dept., officer.

DCpower with BOP unit and profinet control module - 1Unit b) L&T / Siemens made 1000 Amps capacity TPN SFU with semi conductor fuses for motor feeder - 1No C) L&T / Siemens made 1000 Amps, Vaccum contactor unit for drive protection - 1No d) L&T / Siemens made 6 Amps capacity auxilary contactor unit - 3No e) L& T / Siemens made Multi function metering set with voltmeter and other necessary indication lamps and necessary MCB's for control wiring in cluding PT for power fluctuations etc., - 1set

Supply, laying, termination and testing of 240 Sq.mm-1.0 core PVC sheeted, Copper flexible cable make of Universal/ Unistar/ Poly cab/Finolex for in coming power to Drive control centre and to motors, laying with fixing suitable size of cable trays to fixing wall on groung with necessary angle frame work, laying of cable, tiening, both ends crimping, termination and testing charges including costa and convayance of all material and labor as per ss as directed by the department officer.

Supply and delivery of 600mm dia "Resilient Seated Soft Sealing" Gate Valves (Sluice Valves) with Body and Bonnet of Ductile Iron GGG-40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or Equivalent as per IS1865, IS:3896-2 and Wedge fully Rubber Lined with food grade quality grade W270 grade EPDM, Replaceable Spindle Nut without gland packing with 3-O ring protection system on the Shaft and Seals of NBR. The Valves should be Vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as BS:5163 Type A/IS:14846. All the valves should be with fusion bonded Electrostatic Powder coating both inside and outside (Min 250 Microns)- RAL 5005 with Pocket Less Straight through body Passage conforming to Design standards of DIN-3202F4/BS:5163 Type A Flange drilling as per IS - 1538 excluding all taxes, duties and transportation.

Supply, Delivery of 600mm dia D.I Double Flanged Swing Check type Reflux valves (Non Return Valves) of following dia. conforming to IS- 5312 (Pts-1&2) (with amendments up to date, if any) having Body, Cover, Door, Bearing holder with D.I; Hinge pin, Door pin , Door suspension pin with Stainless Steel (IS 6603); Body seat ring , Door face ring, Bearing bushes, Plugs for hinge pin with Leaded Tin Bronze ( IS 318 ); Bolts, Nuts with Carbon steel; Gaskets with Rubber; Hinges with Cast steel including transportation but excluding Taxes.
