Excavation in trenches in soft/loose of soil not exceeding 1.5m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested,poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested , all as specified and directed at site.

Removing excavated surplus soil (Soft/hard soil) obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable all as specified.

Supply and laying bricks old size sub class B bricks common bumt bldg bricks laid in trenches for cable protection compete, all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6.3mm thick burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanised iron strip 32X6 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.NOTES 1. The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI strip dia from top of earth plate upto 5.00 meter above groung level.

M&L for cutting PCC/floor/road and taking out cable and making good, including material as per existing after laying of pipe for cable protection all as specified and directed size of trench not more than 0.30 x 0.30 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of GI Pipe medium grade fixed on wall or laid in floor for cable protection with fixing arrangement size 50mm dia.

Taking out old unserviceable LT under ground cable of any size and rating as existing at site.

Supply and Laying only XLPE heavy duty armoured electric under ground cable aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade in trenches/on pole through sleeves etc. all as specified and directed

Cross sectional area 70 Sqm 31/2 Core.

Cross sectional area 10 Sqm 4 Core.

Supply and fix earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 32 x 6 mm GI strip laid in pipe/ fixed to poles or any other indicated situation including jointing by using GI nuts, bolts, washer and saddle in addition to welding complete and all as specified and directed.

M&L for outdoor/indoor LT panel board/Capacitor Panels/feeder pillar boxes with welding of front/Back side covers ,necessary hinges, locking system with 300mm long MS sliding door bolt 16mm dia, rubber gasket of appropriate size including proper fixing with nut bolts etc with minor spare parts and spray painting with one coat of synethetic enamel paint outer & innner side with two coat of lime wash on plinth of panel board including connected accessories in any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge all as directed by Engr-in-charge. for

Trimming/Cuting of bushes and grass of Substations/MES Installations and surrounding of Panel board feeder piller boxes at various location and dumping/stacking 50 mtr from existing point all as specified and directed.

Testing of cpacitor and taking out old unserviceable cpacitor of any capacity form capacitor panel from substations located at Dronachal area all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing long life mixed dielectric capacitors 440V, 3 phase,50Hz confirming to IEC-60831-1 & 2, with over pressure device for disconnection, having low energy losses (≤ 0.2W/KVAR), resistance to high temperature range (- 25°C + 70°C) of following KVAR (including safety cap) with minimum 1 year warranty, including all wiring work for making capacitor functional in all respect complete all as specified and directed for following KVAR :- Make : Neptune Ducati (Model :LL-M capacitor) or equivelant in Mehar/Schinder/Malday.

Supply and fix in existing panel, capacitor duty contactor 3 pole, AC with auxililiary contacts 1NO + 1NC, 2NC including AC coil with operating voltage 220V complete with all accessories and making all connection including wiring complete all as specified and directed. suitable for following capacity :- Make : L&T/C&S/Legrand

Supply and fix in repair power contracter rating AC1, 80 Amps to 125 Amps, 415 V including fitting in exist panel with electrical connection complete all as speciied and directedby Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair cahnge over switch 200 Amps 415 V, AcC 23 A 4 pole type CO2- 200 Confirming to IEC 60947-3 direct handle version fitting in exist panel with exist panel with electrical connection complete.

S & replacement of LT Panel front/Back door with existing thickness MS sheet not less than 1.5 mm powder coating paint including locking arrangement complete all as per directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of LT panel busbar in repair as per existing size and PVC shrinkable sleeving with RYB colours for 4 Nos busbars complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement current transformer 200/5 ratio 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement current transformer 400/5 ratio 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conducter, served with inner sheating of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed wire, one twin core cable flat 6 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
