Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) including builders hardware etc & making good disturbed surface of wall with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

S&F for 1.25 mm thick pressed steel frames of size 125mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc including plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling in pressed steel door complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted unit rate under this item shall deemed to be included one shop coat of primer.

S & F 35 mm thick, factory made, IInd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (divided into squares with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars any number size of members), beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 clause 8.24 (a); kiln seasoned & chemically pressure treated etc complete all as specified and directed . M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

S & F for mild steel screw bolt (machine made) of 12 mm to 20 mm dia of neck with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screw end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exceeding 30 cm etc complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars including segregation of serviceable bricks for reuse & removal of rubbish out off from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work using Sub class "B" bricks old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for machine pressed cement concrete tiles 25cm X 25cm X 22mm thick/ 30 cm x 30 cm x 22 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment ,laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) over & including 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring etc. finish even and smooth using extra cement including complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including finished surface even and fair without using extra cement as in plinth protection including necessary formwork of edge all as specified and directed. Note: 10mm wide and 75 mm deep joints shall be made at 3 mtr interval and at each corner and the same shall be filled with using bitumen 85/25 and sand in the ratio 1:3

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali primer including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified & as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes,foundations,laying of cable, shafts, well, cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick after the cables & pipes etc. are laid, jointed & tested and foundations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, foundations,filling & mass concrete for fencing posts, foundation of pole ,struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, etc (inner girth only to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ,type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in chullah hoods, shelves, cover slab and platform, etc,and removal of rubbish off from site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 ,type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kitchen platform, shelves ,man hole cover slab, etc. including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 08 mm dia and over grade Fe -500 , as in reinforcement ,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column,, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete etc all as specified and directed.
