12 mm thick cement plaster finished with floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1cement:4 fine sand)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scraping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile organic compound) content less than 50 gram/litre of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour Old work (One or more coat)

Providing & fixing of 12 MM thick frame less toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing & fixing top & bottom pivot & spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer In charge

Providing wood work in frames of door, windows & other frames wrought framed and fixed is position with hold fast lugs or with dash fastener of required dia

Providing and fixing 25 mm thick machine cut, BOTH SIDE POLISHED kota stone in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 MM (Average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs including rubbing and polishing complete Extra for kota stone/stone in treads of steps and risers using length up to 1.05 Meter & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, pre moulded and pre polished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.
