Demolition of old brick/stone masonry built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, archs, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plain exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work (except bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in CM 1:6 (old size brick) etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - Old serviceable brick obtained from demolition shall be reused. The rate quoted against this item is inclusive of necessary cleaning and stacking of bricks before incorporation in the work.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc of any thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rough cast plaster with and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick wall or concrete surface as specified in clause 14.22 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed. NOTES: -(i) After applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. (ii) The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly loose/wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggreg.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash on wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement with & including 10mm wide, 30mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning & filling the joints with 85/25 grade bitumen and sand (1:3 ratio) mixture etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as coping, kerbs or mud stops and the like, rounded or chamfered on edges concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm grdes stone aggregate) as in sub base etc concrete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for broken stone hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and levelled in layer n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality coloured glazed ceramic tiles (300x 450x 7 to 8mm thick) as in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 finished rough surface to receive tiles including dismantling of existing wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed or layer in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling of existing tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick ( size of each stone not less than 55cm x 55cm), laid in flooring, over and including cement screed bed 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Mirror finish) including dismantling of existing stone slab/tiles etc including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick ( size of each stone in single piece, laid on vertical surfaces of skirting/dado, over and including cement screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Mirror finish) including dismantling of existing stone slab/tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, pattern as approved, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre, laid over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortor (1:4) bed, including dismantling of floor or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing the rubbish outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter, area not exceeding 1.50 Square metre (without taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes in wall/concrete for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces in CM (1:3) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: - The qouted rate shall be deemed to include for fixing of hold fast in the same opening irrespective of position of hold fasts and no separate item for making good of hold fasts shall be paid).

NOTE : - (1) This item inculdes cleaning of each & pipes of toilet block/kitchen irrespective of length of pipes involved up to first man hole and altogether shall be taken as one job for payment purpose.

Supply and fixing of 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with "L"or "J" type hooks and washer as in roof, wall etc complete including taking down existing sheets any pattern in roof including ridges complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for routine maintenance of rolling shutter area of shutter not exceeding 10.00 sqm each(Max ht. 3.50 M) :- (a) Taking down hood covers for carrying out routine maintenance and refixing the same. (b) Dismantling the MS and CI works of any description such as sheets, shafts, cost iron wheels, lath etc and taking down helical springs, rollers and other accessories etc. (c) Refixing the serviceable accessories such as shafts, helical springs, rollers lath sheets, cast iron wheels etc. (d) Cleaning, oiling, greasing etc complete of all movable parts all as required at site.
