TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORKS ALONG WITH CERTAIN INSTALLATIONS AND CONNECTED WORKS IN THE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY OF GE (U-II) VISAKHAPATNAM

To Perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditons contained here-in-after as may be demanded and as enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of one year from the date mentioned in the accepantance letter at the rates contained in the aforesid MES Schedule as applicable here-in-after. Notes: (i) Tenderer shall insert rates percentage at the 15th row and 'F' column of this BOQ Excel sheet. (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or Less (-) available at the 15th row and 'E' column of this BOQ Excel sheet to quote the percentage above/below SSR (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under estimated rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only. Being Term Contract, work shall be priced at rates given in SSR Part II - 2020 and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page.
