Dehydration/filtration of transformer oil by means of centrifugal filtration Machine to achieve the specified dielectric strength of 45 to 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap in existing position of transformer of any capacity and transformer oil for topping up at various substation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (NOTE: (i)Transformer oil used for TOP UP shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. (ii) Contractor has to make his own arrangement for oil filtration machine/ plant. (iii) Filtration shall be done at site when electricity supplies functional.

Disconnecting existing HT/LT connections from transformer of capacity 315 KVA , 1000KVA & 3.15KVA and drain out oil up to working level for replacement of Low tension bushing insulator with stud, nut bolts and gasket etc including opening the transformer and refixing after repairs, including changing cover gasket, checking of winding core and correcting the slackness of core, and tightening nuts, bolts, tightening neutral of the transformer of the transformer from inside refilling in transformer, positioning core properly including testing for insulation resistance etc, and making good connections and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: - (i) Item rates deemed to include for proper storage or drained transformer oil and refilling. (ii) The spare parts required for repairs shall be measured and paid separately as supply only (iii) rewinding shall be measured separately.

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality ISI marked for filling in transformer for topping up/ OCB 11 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The rates quoted by the contractor deemed to include changing and testing for dielectric strength.

Supply only breather for transformer of suitable size up to 315 KVA transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only breather for transformer of suitable size for 1000 KVA transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only breather for transformer of suitable size for 3.15 MVA transformer including taking out unserviceable breather complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only silica gel for breather of transformer of any type/capacity complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in -Charge.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanized iron 40 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc including taking out old un-serviceable earthing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40mm thick pre-cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm c/c on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I., (ii) Item includes the cost of GI pipe up to 7.5m for protection of earth strip and 32X6 mm GI strip up to 7.50 m length (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.

Ditto but using copper earth Plate 60cm x 60cm x 3.15mm thick electrode and 20x3mm copper strip as earthing lead complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs GOD and Drop out fuse unit set 9/12 insulator type complete including replacement of all UNSV jumpers, aluminium lugs, nut bolts ,changing of U clips of horizontal/vertical clamps including necessary adjustment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting and taking out existing HT 33 KV VCBs (Make : ALSTOM) from housing and cleaning, rubbing and servicing the mechanical parts incl , replacement of UNSV Trip coil, Breaker charging motor ,Gear Panion, roller Switch, Big gear etc and re-assembling the same after replacement as required and ,make the VCB serviceable including making all electrical Connection and Testing ( IR Test, Continuity Test, Tripping test of earth fault and Over current of panel ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The Spare parts of VCB panel are measured and paid saperately as supply only.
