Cleaning of Bawri by Grinding, Washing, Rubbing and Polishing with polish of superior quality to stone with putty etc. including cost of carriage of materials complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Carriage of soil extra excavated earth from site of work at Samkheter to dumping site at Bindrabani with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Demolition above G.L. upto floor two level including disposal of unserviciable materials with in 20 metres lead reinforcement cement concrete upto 15cm. Thickness in all leads and lifts.

Stone soling properly hand packed in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of slips in all kind of soils (including saturated soils but excluding boulders and rocky portions requiring blasting upto a distance 20 meters disposing of unserviciable materials, stacking the serviciable materials and neatly dressing the surface in all leads & lifts .

Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work upto all depth in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work,blasting work,chiselling of soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts and including trimming of sides levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinth sides of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing oof all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring/strutting timbering and dewatering where ever required to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 crushed stone aggreagte 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads & lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5 mm, so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like in all leads & lifts. Edge of slab and breaks in floors and walls under 20 cm wide in all leads and lifts.

Random rubble masonry /Polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/ brought to courses ) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement : 6sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) at plinth level in cement mortar1:6 in all leads and lifts.

Providing & Laying cement concrete work 1:11/2: 3 (1 cement : 11/2 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:- foundation, footings bases of columns etc. and mss concrete in all leads and lifts.

Columns, pillars, post and struts up to floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-Suspended floors, roofs,landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers up to floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 sand : 10 crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15 % plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/ breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150 mm. to 300 mm. as per H.P.P.W.D specifications in all leads and lifts.

Stone work in plain ashlar cyclopean in superstructure upto floor two level including pointing with cement Motor 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand) in :-cement Motor 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Laying chequred tile size up to 279 X 279 mm specified make in floor, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12 mm thick cement motor 1:3 ( 1 cement:3 sand:)in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying Duro stone vetrified tiles (300x300x10 mm) in grey/coloured or of approved shade in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12 mm thick cement mortor 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete.

Half bricks masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 sand) (Ist class brick) in all leads and lifts.

Pointing on square rubble, coursed or un coursed stone masonary with cement motar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand ) flush pointing in all leads and lifts.

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling in CM 1:3 ( 1 Cement :3 Sand) in all leads and lifts.

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levels including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand) in all leads and lifts.

Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete / stone / plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cobble stone 100 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Fixing stone lion mouth shape complete in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Tor Steel reinforcement for reinforcement cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position including the cost of binding wire and cutting in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Enginerer-in-charge.

Squared rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including racking out joints in cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint :- In grating, framed guard bar, ladders, railing brackets and similar works in all leads and lifts.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and other metal surfaces,with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaningthe surface of dirt ,dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping with enamel paint other than white in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying,jointing and testing in trenches GMS tubes (Light class) tube fitting such as bends, tees, air valves,unions and collars etc. as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In -Charge. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separetely.) in all leads and lift.40 mm dia (L.R.)

Writing letters or figures on any surface with black Japan paint up to 15 cm height (stops, comas, hyphens and the like not to be measured and paid separately) block letters / figures in all leads and lifts
