(d) Manufacturer or their service provider shall furnish 10 (ten) years guarantee for prepaid meters installed under this contract except damage from water and fire. (e) OEM will be responsible for connectivity and smooth functioning with MES server without and hindrance. (f) Meters shuld be work on MES Server and its OEM resposiblity to connect with Delhi MES parent server and child server in Lansdowne MES with all rights. Provision; of the software for prepaid metrs shall be the same OEM and developed in india only (Third party software is not acceptable) meter working with both prepaid and postpaid technology. When the data is not working due to any reason ( unpaid sim bill, network issue or any administrative issue) users can recharge the tiken automatically and manually in the meter keypad end to end solution provided by OEM of meters. Third party/ technology partner not allowed in any opertions/stage. the system should have ll possible payment/ recharge modes, be it online and offline mode for Officers convenience. Contd........

System should have 2-3 option for every operation like token recharge in meters by cellular network, Bluetooth, RF, PLC and must manually officers not depend on smartphone for recharge of meters and for watch day to day meters data. Users can check his mobile and on meter display linke moneybalance, month wise unit, monthly amount, voltage current, PF , MD etc. The integration of software for servers and vending system shall be the responsiblity of OEM. OEMhas the option to provide additional server if he desires due to technical requirement without any extra cost to the department, However, no extra charge will be paid for connectivity to the server, OEM will be responsible for connectivity and smooth functioning with MES Serverwithout any hinderance, The server shall meet all standards as per international norms and Indain IT Act rules. The server and relevant security certificates shall comply with all International Norms and Stadards certification.

Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 4,11,031.00 will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
