Installation / mounting of new 250 KVA Tranformer on plinth structure and fixing of channel / angle etc. and making all connections of Ht and LT side and its complete commissioning.

Erection, providing and fixing of wire mesh of size 50x35 mm around plinth and toe wall duly welded with frame of M.S angle iron 35 x35x6 mm and strip of size 35x6 mm in mid of each side along with wire mesh (width of wire mesh 1.5 meter ) with the height of 0.5 meter above the plinth and 2 meter above the toe wall with 1 No. gate and locking arrangment in the toe wall size including groutin g of 6 Nos. legs in the ratio in block of size 0.25x0.25x0.45 meter including gravlling of shingle of size 20 to 40 mm and complete painting of wire mesh with aluminium paint with two coat (Including the cost of cement and all material)

Chemical Earthing of distribution transformer including digging of pit of size 2.5 Mtr depth and make hole of size 150 mm. Placing of earthing electrode (connecting the same with G.I. Strip of size 35x6 mm as per drawing C for a minimum lenght 6 m. treatment of soil with highly condctive substance as per I S 30343 complete in all respect, result of earthing resistance to be recroded in M.B. before and after installation of earthing. The earth resistance after earthing should be less than 1 Ohm.

Making cable Trench upto 1 mtr wide and 1.2 mtr deep in mixed soil having soft hard soil like stone and road cutting areas and rocky terrain, backfilling and removal of excess earth from site, soil compaction as per norms

Laying of U/G 11 KV Cable in Trench Digging of trench of size 0.60x0.15 x 1.5 mtr. and laying of underground 11 KV XLPE cable with making of brick housing and filling of sand including filling of earth with ramming. & repairing of road including cost of cement sand and stone blast

Laying of U/G 11 KV Cable Trenchless (Laying of 11KV Cable in 1.5 mtr depth with suitable trencheless technology including laying in trench with providing & fixing of HDP E pipe PE 80 PN 6 & having dia 160 mm conferming to IS 4984/1995 & having thickness 9.1 to 10.3mm.)

Jointing and fixing of cable jointing kit indoor/outdoor 11 KV XLPE heat shrinkable cable boxes

Supply Fixing of G.I. Pipe Pole dia 4 Inch, Length (28 Feet) on Rental basis including Carriage, Loading, Unloading Erection of 1 Phase Two Wire Line by PVC Cable of Size 1x10 Sqmm or as required including Fixing of Insulators Nut Bolts etc., Operation Maintenence of Same, Dismentaling of Same Line after Completion of Kanwar Yatra. The Provision of G.I. Pipe Pole is done for Increasing the Height of Poles to Provide Maximum Luminus of LED Lights.
