Construction of Primary Health Centre Building Level-II at Chokar Tehsil Sangrah District Sirmour H.P.(SH - Balance work of Building portion etc ).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil, including saturated soil comprising of pick work,jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including dewatering where ever required,setting out to required lines,levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site, according to the HPPWD specification of 1990-Volume-I, and shorting out useful and un-useful materials and stacking the same in all leads,lifts and trensportations of the usefull materials for filling in roadways embankments for grades improvements and levelling to required grades and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of road on or approved dumping sites through all modes of transpsportation including head load animal load or mechanical means alongwith its levelling fine dressing and all labour, mechnieries materjials,tools,equipments and incicental necessary to complete the work by mechanized means and labouor(if any required).All useful materials such as stone single, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along road side to the maximuim possible extends in all leads,lifts through all modes of transportation and all others incidental charges any loss to the public and private properities during the course of executjion and disposal of serviceable and un-serviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractors and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect.

Filling in plinth with sand under floor including watering,ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per HPPWD specification 1990-Volume-I,including carriage of all labour,equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and other incidental charges.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm(Three point one five milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30X5mm(Thirty into thirty into five milimetre)so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies in all heights of propping and centering below suporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work as per HPPWD specification 1990-Volume-I,including carriage of all labour,equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and other incidental charges.

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floor,roofs landing and the like upto 200mm in thickness.

Stair cases with sloping and stepped soffits exluding landing.

Beams,cantilevers, girders, and lintels side and soffits of beams beam haunching cantilevers,girders bressumers and lintels in all depth and in all heights from floors.

Edge of slabs and breaks in floors and walls.

Poroviding and laying cement concrete 1:2;4(1 cement : 2 sand ; 4 graded sotone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.as per HPPWD specification 1990-Volume-I,including carriage of all labour,equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and other incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 [ One cement: One and half sand: Three graded hard stone aggregate 20 (Twenty) millimeters nominal size]mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete, excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work.:-as per HPPWD specification 1990-Volume-I,including carriage of all labour,equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and other incidental charges.
