Providing carpenter for attending the carpentry works such as repair of doors , windows , cupboard shutters as per requriment on need basis for all jobs in one working day i/c cost of screws ,nails, fevicol clamps etc. (The material required for attending the complaints shall be arranged by the contractor at site such as screws ,nails, fevicol clamps etc. including cost of all T&P for attending the work shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid.

Providing Sewerman for cleaning manholes, gully traps and sewer lines of all sizes as and when required of drainage and sewerage works such as removal of chocking of sewer line,gully traps and manholes of the quarters / buildings i/c cost of bamboo, phawra etc. (inclusive of cost of all T&P for attending the work shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid.)

Cleaning and washing of Type I whole quarter with kitchen , bath room, W.C., Wash basin, balcony, whole staircase and terrace etc. and disposal of dust, rubbish, leaves of trees, birds excreta all complete outside of municipal area etc. all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.(Note:- In quarter washing using the water, surf, harpic and other equipmemts and sundries are included in this item).

Providing and replacement of unservicable floor trap for making leakproof including cutting and making good floors/walls etc. by replacing PVC/ china vitreous trap with cement mortar 1:3 with neat cement after taking out grating from floor including demolishing of C.C. work and stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials to municipal dumps.

Repairing of kota stone/stainless steel kitchen sink at joints,around waste coupling , bottom and sides with cement paste ,aralite etc.all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

For making leakproof repair of traps/floors/walls etc.with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand mixed with ISI mark water proofing compound as proportion as specified by manufacture finished with neat cement after taking out grating from floor including demolishing of CC work and stacking of useful material near the site and disposal of unserviceable material into municipal dump.
