Excavation in foundation trenches (for Pipes & Pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft /hard rock or chieselling soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming & dressing of sides leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring/strutting planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required stacking the serviceable and unserviceable material / soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes, returning the unserviceable soil in trenches in 15cm ( Fifteen centimeter) layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unserviceable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surface to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement : 6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8( 1 cement : 4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

R.R masonry/ploygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12graded stone agg., 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved quality in super structure in cement mortar 1: 6 (1 cement : 6 sand) above plinth level up to floor two level (2nd class bricks) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness including hinges jamb lock, jamb beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm or base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamb including steel but things 2.5mm thick with guards, lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing panelled and glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including bright finished / black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws in 2nd. class deodar wood 40mm thick within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

Foundation,footing & bases of columns and the like mass concrete with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the line floor etc upto 200mm thickness complete in all respect within all eads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Sides and soffits of beam,beam haunching,cantilever and bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr. In depth in all heights from floor complete in all respect within all eads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1 : 2 :4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation,footing & bases of columns and the like mass concrete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floor roofs, landing & shelves and their support balconies,beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of tor steel reinforcement for RCC.work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Half brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above 1st floor level in cement mortar 1:4( 1Cement, 4 Sand ) of 2nd class bricks complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts.

Pointing on brick work with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement, 3 sand ) with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying brick tiles over mumty roofs grouted with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement,3 sand ) over a 12 mm layer of C.M 1:3 ( 1 cement, 3 sand ) and finished neat with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1 : 3 ( 1cement : 3 sand) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

15mm cement plaster in single on rough side of brick / concrete /stone masonery wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smoth in cement mortar 1 : 6 ( 1cement : 6 sand ) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

20mm cement plaster in two on rough side of brick / concrete /stone masonery wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smoth in cement mortar 1 : 6 ( 1cement : 6 sand ) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc. with M.S. Flats square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws plain grill within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing & fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized MS wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia. 0.56 mm for doors,windows & clerestrey windows including bright finished black enameled iron hinges with necessary screws.

Stone / boulder filling under floor within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including finishing of the top surface of concrete smooth in all leads and lifts.

Providing 40x3 mm flat iron hold fast 40cm. Long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts & nuts and wooden plugs and embeding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm. 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charges.

Providing and fixing M.S. fan clamp Type-1 of 16mm dia M.S. bar bent to shape with hooked ends in RCC slab during laying including painting the exposed portion of loop, all as per standard design complete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surface ( two coat ) to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Distempering (two coat) with oil bound washable distempering of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including primer coat of white after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface(two coat ) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powered materials within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charges.

Pproviding and fixing M.S. sliding door bolts bright finished or / and black enamelled with bolts and nuts screws etc. (250x16mm) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. Tower bolts ( barrel type ) with nessary screws (200x10mm) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. handles with nessary screws complete 100mm within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and othermetal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter With Enamel paint other than white complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Precast terrazzo tiles hydraulic compressed 20mm thick with marble chips of specified sizes laid in floors, treads and landings on a bed of 25mm average thickness cement mortar 1 : 6 ( 1cement : 6 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (wherever required) including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of silver gray shade within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Steel work welded in built-up section, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams joists channels, angle cleats as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters, steel gate and like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Steel work in single sections including curing,hoisting in position and applying in priming coat of red lead paint in R.S.joists channels,angles,tees etc.( 65mmx65mmx6mm)with in all lead and lifts.as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engieer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing galvanised steel barbed wire (IS:278-1962 Type-1) weighting 9.38 Kg per 100 metres (Menimum) straining and fixing to any type of standard rails staining bolt including securing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc. as directed ( posts and struts of wood concrete, steel etc. and straining bolts shall be paid for seperately) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Construction of Toilet 1.00X1.00 mtr. Size of standard height and depth made of RCC planks frame and shutter of angle iron and plain CGI sheet WC Indian type and pit including excavation of toilet foundation and soak pit all kinds of soil and disposal of surplus excavated earth, filling with course sand, cement concrete flooring 1:2:4( 1 cement:2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) for rural sanitation system in all leads and lifts as per standard design and drawing or as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
