Supply and installation of CCT2 type Outdoor RMU Unit , 2 Isolator+1 Breaker, both sides extensible with Battery & Battery Charger, motorized SCADA compatible outdoor front cable entry with additional canopy CT for metering in C limb 1 No SF6 insulated arc quenching load break switch with SF 6 breaker suitable for 11KV/433V Transformer. Unit shall be with terminal protectors protection relays with all materials complete conforming to relevant IS/ IEC standards. The work should be carried out as per the directions of the KSEB authorities. Make-Schneider/ Equivalent make suggested by KSEB authorities.

Supply & laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1KV grade of the following sizes in the existing RCC/ HUME / STONE WARE/ GI/ DWC pipe as required. 2 core 4 sq mm

Supplying siemens / tropodur type nickel plated Double compression brass cable gland for PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium/ copper conductor cable 1.1 KV grade, and making end termination suitable for 2/ 3/ 3½/ 4 core cable of the following sizes as required. 4 sq mm

Supply of superior quality aluminium reducer (banana) cable socket and making core termination of cables of the following sizes including crimping etc. as required. 4 sq mm

Supply and fixing Emergency Push Button with MS Box and giving connection etc as required.

Supply and providing MS chequered plate of suitable thickness including cutting, welding, painting etc. as required for the cable trench covering.

Supplying and installation including all manner of supports/ suspenders, anchor bolts etc for cable trays made out of suitable size channel sections, slotted angles, flats, MS plates etc as required including painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer, making good the damages, colour washing etc as required.

Supplying and installation of supports, anchor bolts etc made out of suitable size single section MS angle, flats etc as required including painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint

Supply and providing plate earthing as per IS 3043 with 1200x1200x12 mm GI/CI earth plate, 50 mm GI watering pipe fixed to the earth plate with 25 x 3mm GI clamps, GI funnel with weld mesh, filling required quantity of charcoal including construction of inspection chamber with a bed concrete of 1:4:8 PCC using 40 mm broken stone (10 cm thick), brick work in cement mortar 1:6, plastering the surface of brick masonry and the exposed surface of PCC bed with cement mortar 1:4, 12 mm thick, (the finished inside dimension shall be 450 x 450 x 450 mm) but excluding test joint, earth continuity conductor to the plate, and covering at the top. Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 with country burnt bricks 19cm x 9cm x 9cm for foundation and basement.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick one coat.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm (nominal size) broken stone for reinforced concrete work.

Reinforcement for R.C.C works, bend tied and placed in position (plain grill requiring bend cold) using tor steel

Form work for reinforced cement concrete in slabs including wooden planks, joists, bamboo posts and labour for taking down after completion of work (Hire and labour charges only)

Supply conveyance installation testing and commissioning of 400 kVA indoor type unitised sub station comprising of H.T panel trunked with cast resin Transformer with load break switch/ Air break switch on H.T.side and manualy operated, with top/bottom entry cable box, 630A, 4 pole 50kA M.C.C.B on L.T. side as per technical details furnished below. H.T Portion consists of (1) 1 No 11K.V, 630A, 26.3 K.A air break/Load break switch suitable for 3 phase 3wire 50 Hz system with suitable H.R.C. fuses of appropriate rating with earth inter lock with main switch and mechanical ON/OFF indication (2)shunt trip coil for the remote operation of the the load break switch. Transformer Portion: 400 K.V.A , 11 K.V, 50 Hz, Delta/Star connected cast resin insulated copper wound transformer. The core shall be made of high grade grain oriented silicon M4 steel lamination insulated and oxide layer and outside of the core shall be protected against corrossion by epoxy resin finish.Class 'F' insulation level shall be maintained. OFF load tap changing facility shall be incorporated so as to achive tap position of 2.5% x 4. Temperature scaner with trip annunciator shall be provided. The transformer shall confirm to IEC 726 and IS 11171/1985 reaffirmed in IS2026/ 1991, complying to ECBC as per rules. L.T.Portion The LT portion shall be provided with 1No 4Pole 630A 50KA isolation duty type MCCB(Ics=100%Icu) with microprocessor based release with setting range 80-100% with shunt release including suitable range neutral CT and over current & earth fault relay. All inter connection from HT load break switch to transformer and to LT breaker shall be given using electrolytic copper bus bar insulated with heat shrink sleeves and tinned at the point of contacts. All internal earth connections are to be given as per standards. Necessary protection shall be made for giving cable connections on the HT side as well as LT side. Phase barriers and shrouding as per rules has to be given. The enclousure shall comply to IP 54 standards and shall be powder coated over suitable primer after seven tank processing and phosphating. The USS shall be installed as per the directions of site in charge.

Supplying and making indoor end termination with push-on end termination kit (earthed) for 11 KV grade XLPE cable of the following sizes including supply of end sealing kit consisting of stress-cum-semi conducting pad, sliding core, self bonding insulating tape, boot (with 3 core kit), earth continuity connection (with 3 core kit), earthling lug (with 1 core kit), adhesive-cum-solvent, PVC (NA) tape, silicon grease, aluminium crimping lug, aluminium oxide cloth, nylon string, copper binding wire, hose clamp and bi-metallic washer etc. as required.

Supply and providing 9 Litre capacity GI Fire Bucket painted in post office red with primer coat of red oxide and written with white paint 'FIRE' mounted on MS angle frame work/ wall bracket filled with fine sand, painting the bracket/ floor stand including making good the damages, colour washing etc. as required.

Supply and providing 2.5mm thick synthetic VC fire retardent insulating sheet to withstand 3.3 KV dielectric strength conforming to IS

Supply and providing 2mm thick Elastomeric fire retardent insulating mat as per IS 15652/2006 to withstand 3.3 KV dielectric strength.

Supply and providing First Aid Chart duly framed and placed in a conspicuous location for clear vision.

Prepration of completion report, arranging inspection and otaining energisation / sfaety certificate for Ring Main Unit from Depty Chief Electrical Inspector Eranakulam excluding statutory and other charges.
