| 7.01Notes for Ser item Nos 01 to 07 :- The quoted rate of contractor shall comprise the following :- (i) Contractor shall provide Heavy truck mounted suction cum jetting machine on requirement basis as directed by Engr-in-Charge of minimum following specification for cleaning Sewage Deep Lines:- (a) Minimum Tank capacity of machine - 8000 ltr (b) Minimum Working pressure range of jetting pump - 155 bar (c) Minimum water flow for pump of jetting machine - 269 LPM (d) Minimum Suction hose length - 30 mtr (e) Minimum Jetting Hose length - 120Mtr (f) Minimum Vacuum Pump Power - 4.4 Hp@RPM (g) Minimum Vacuum Suction depth - 8 mtr (ii) Contractor shall provide minimum 3 Nos skilled/unskilled menpower , High Qualified driver with Heavy duty Motor Vehicle License for attending and completing the complaints as per the Engr-in-Charge satisfaction. However, the numbers of skilled and unskilled menpower shall be increased as directed by Enginner-in-Charge depending upon the requirements/ number of complaints registered at the complaint center all as directed by the Engr-in-charge (iii) If Contactor does not provide Heavy truck mounted Suction jetting machine on requirement of above mentioned specifiacation with minimum number of staff as mentioned on requirement basis as directed by Engr-in-Charge then a penalty at the rate RS 5000/- per day shall be levied on the contractor and recovery for the same shall be affected from contractor's from date of intimation to till that day when Contractor provides above all mentioned for cleaning of Sewage Lines. (iv) For each complaint in location, a docket slip shall be prepared by the contractor/ his representative and handed over to related tradesman, etc. for attending the complaint and after satisfactorily completion of complaint, docket slip shall be submitted to concerned supervisor on day of register of complaint, which shall be got signed from the occupant and shall be produced at the time of payment to be made to the contractor. (v) Format of docket slip and complaint register which shall be kept in complaint cell. Stationery i.e. log sheets, docket slips, job cards, complaint registers, handing taking registers, etc. shall be provided by the contractor without any exta cost to the department and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor against respective item of schedule 'A'. The complaint slip shall be prepared by the contractor or his authorised rep and handed over to the tradesmen and necessary entry shall be made in the complaint register and will be handed over to to concerned JE / the Engr-in-Charge next day. Contractor shall maint seprate register for lodging the complaints and the same shall be produced to concerned JE / Engr-in-Charge on next day. (vi) Necessary transportations, diesel , tools, plants, ladders, cleaning rods/Bamboos, all medical safety equpiments etc. including to complete the jobs/complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor. (vii) One no of Electrical motor 01 HP or diesel engine and one no electrical motor of 3Hp for dewatering of manhole and septic tank, soakage well, any loss/damage/theft of these items solely responsibility of contractor. | |||||
