CHAPTER - I: BUILDING INCLUDING INTERNAL SERVICES SH-I: EARTH WORK
Earth wok in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth,1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and for all lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(The pre-packed dry grout material consumed in the work shall be measured for payment).

CHAPTER - V DOOR & WINDOW WORK :
Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Door frame shall be Single rebate profile of size 100 x 58 mm Kerb Frame made out of 1.60 mm thick galvanized steel sheet (16 gauge). Frames should be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement slurry if recommended on the clear masonry opening.
Door leaf should be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision light. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 1.2 mm (18 gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid with steel stiffeners/ pads and reinforcement. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors should be factory prepared for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with lock seam. Providing & Fixing of “CIPET” Acoustical perforated Wall Panel of size 1220 x 2420 mm square edge with a thickness of 12 mm. The perforated panel should have perfoartion of dia 6 mm on front side & 3 mmm perforation on back side, the back side perfoartion surface should have 3 mm felt sheet made from waste textile.The perforated panels should be manufactured from 100% Polyethylene Terephthalate having density of 1500 GSM and the fabric felt manufactured panels hould be manufactured from 100% recycle fabric of density 330 GSM to be installed as per the directions of the architect/engineer in-charge. Providing and fixing in position wall paneling of Credence Wood Polymer Composite Acoustic panels westo of width 192, thickness of 15 mm and length 2440 mm made up of extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) comprising of virgin Polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) having minimum density of up to 650 kg/m3 ,minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin-charge.
Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep.
The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge :

The alternator shall be having Screen Protected Drip Proof (SPDP) enclosure IP23, brushless, continuous duty, dynamically balanced rotor, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation, self cooled,self-excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to IS13364(Part 2)/IS: 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class- H insulation.
D) Base Frame & Foundation: Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer.
(E) FUEL TANK: Daily service fuel tank of suitable liters capacity as per CPWD Specifications, fabricated out of 3 mm thick M.S. sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class ‘C’ pipes of suitable dia. Complete with valves, level indications & accessories as required as per specifications.
(F) Exhaust System: Dry exhaust manifold with hospital type exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor.
(G) Starting System: 12V/24V DC starting system comprising of starter motors: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable numbers of atteries (180 AH capacity lead acid SMF type) as required as per specifications. The battery shall be housed inside the acoustic enclosure of DG Set.
(H) Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere and the temperature rise inside the enclosure, noise level outside enclosure. The acoustic enclosure should be suitable for cable connection/connection through bus-trunking. Such arrangements on acoustic enclosure should be water proof & dust-proof conforming to IP-65 protection. The enclosure shall be as per CPCB IV + or better norms etc. and as per CPWD specifications.
Note : All DG set should be as per latest norms at the time of execution. No extra payment will be pay if norm will updated by CPCB.

Supply and fixing of acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 25 mm thick resin bonded glass wool having density of 32 kg/m³, with 25 mm X 25 mm GI section of 1.25 mm thick, at 600 mm centre to centre covered with Reinforced Plastic tissue paper and 0.5 mm thick perforated aluminum sheet fixed to inside surface of ducts with cadmium plated nuts, bolts, stick pins, CPRX compound etc. complete as required and as per specifications.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Flanged type duct mounted non-flameproof Electric Air Heater Unit made out of 0.8mm thick GPSP sheet having 30mm flange and duly insulated with fiberglass wool to minimize heat loss. AISI 304 stainless steel Electric tubular heaters without fins having low watt density are provided with support brackets. The unit shall be equipped with safeties such as adjustable type primary thermostat, KLIXON® secondary thermostat manual reset type and Air flow switch to prevent the heater from operating without airflow. It shall be provided with an inbuilt control panel having suitable rating incomer MCB, ON/Trip indication light, contactor, Thyristor module to operate 0-100% as per demand, terminal for AHU/Blower interlock, grounding terminal, power and control wiring. The unit shall be BMS compatible. (For 1KW capacity Heater units Single Phase Wiring and 1.5KW capacity onwards Three Phase Wiring) The unit shall be CE certified.
ELECTRICAL PANEL
Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3 phase and Neutral 415V 4 wire Free Standing Floor mounted MV panel made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet for main frame and 1.6mm thick for partitions after seven tank process and painting with Epoxy powder coating. The panel shall consist of suitable rating TPN Aluminium busbar (at the rating of 0.8A/Sq.mm) supported with DMC/ SMC barriers and color coded with Heat shrinkable sleeves.
