5 M&L for cutting damaged / broken edges along dummy / construction / expansion joints using saw/suitable cutter, removing rubbish / refuse outside MD land and depositing where directed, cleaning the surfaces with air blowers and applying self levelling elastomeric concrete duly finished by means of trowel, mats, etc. over a coat of elastomeric primer complete all as specified and as directed Notes: (i) Work shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer of elstomeric concrete as approved (ii) Due care shall be taken in not damaging existing surfaces in the process. 9 M&L for taking out old sealing compound grade 'B' etc and cleaning, removing dirt/loose foreign materials etc with compressor air blower from any type of joints and of any thickness and any depth of taxi tracks and runways with a raker, coir brush etc and filling joint with polyurethane joint sealant compound using mechanical means to a depth of 10mm (depth minimum above back up rod) including two coats of primer and providing approved quality closed cell polythene backup rod of dia 25% more than the width of joint placed over existing joint filler board in position, applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant on top surfaces and to give neat finish to the sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied as required, etc complete all as specified and as directed for the following width of joints:- Notes: (i) Minimum movement accomodation factor (MAF) shall be +30% conforming to the requirements as stiplated in BS: 5212 BS-4254 and EN-141875-2003 (ii) Hydrolysis / water resistance test shall be catered as per relevant IS (iii) Joints dismantled, cleaned and filled as above shall bear a performance guarantee of minimum 10 years from the date of completion. The contractor has to submit the said guarantee in Rs 100 non-judicial stamp paper to the Accepting officer (iv) An amount @ 10% of the cost of joint filling shall be retained from the final bill till completion of above guarantee period. The contractor may submit FDR of equal amount in favour of the accepting officer for the purpose. (v) Filling work shall be done as per manufacturer's instruction and as specified (vi) All rubbish / retrieved materials shall be disposed off to a distance exceeding 100 m but not exceeding 500m including necessary cartage etc as required

12 Cleaning the cracks with wire brushes, making the surface free from dust and material and labour for applying slurry seal containing polymeric modified bitumen emulsion, fine aggregate, cement and lime (1:1:1:1) and water as per requirement and the cracks shall be filled with the above mixture by trowel application the size of cracks 2mm to 6mm and a depth of upto 10mm. After filling the cracks with the above compound, top surface of the crack shall be finished with the same compound uniformly and ensure finish of area completeall as per manufacturer instruction and complete all as specified and as directed 10000 RM 1 Excess(+) Full Conversion INR
