Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L plain cement concrete, 1:5:10, type E2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling under sunken floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as padding concrete in sunken floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying water proof coating using Fosroc Nitoproof 600 or equivalent, over dry surface and 1.5mm thick with two coats with interval period of 6 hrs over substract at a coverage rate of 2kg/sqm using spray/ squeegee/ roller/ brush. Water proofing coating shall have the elongation of 500-700% (ASTMD 412-90), tear resistance of 21 KN/m (ASTMD-624-00) and tensile strength of >1.9N/Sqmm (ASTMD 412-90). Termination to be done on wall extending the coating to minimum 300mm height above the finalised floor level as per manufacturer recommendation complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Before applying water proofing coating, RCC roof shall be made dry, clean, even and checked for soundness.finish. Removal of oil, dirt, laitance and other contaminants by manually and surface shall be fairly smoothfinish. Chamfering the floor wall junctions with cement mortar 1:4 admixed with Nitobond SBR or equivalant @one litre per 50 kg bag of cement. Downtake rain water pipe Annuar space packing using Conbextra GP2 or equivalant mixed water and filling as per manufacturers spcifications. Water ponding for minimum for 48 hrs and injection grouting of construction joints, leaking spot and honey combs with cementitious pressure grouting with 40psi pump using Cebex 100 or equivalant @ 225gms mixed to 50 kg bag of cement including joints packing using polymer modified mortar. (b) The rate is including the whole process with materials.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete, reinforcement cut as required to facilitate, of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like ,all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge. Note : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, bed plates water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings,girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. with fair finished flat surfaces,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia & over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor or any floor level, terrazo flooring, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 300 x 200 x 6 to7 mm thick glazed coloured ceramic tiles on vertical surface of wall set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10 mm thick backing coat plaster in CM 1:3 and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror/beeswax polishing complete including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone 20mm thick as in riser of steps in single piece, skirting, dado and pillar including 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to receive wall tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. at the places out side the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering cement plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:6 over brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering cement plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using WPC over brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be paid separately.

Supply and application of Nitobond EP (Manufactured by M/s Fosrock Chemicals India Ltd) epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surface including the cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding and cost of painting brushes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing additional reinforcement bars in place of more than 1/3 corroded reinforcement bars incl the charges for cutting, bending, placing and fixing in position using Lok-Fix E-55(Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) including the cost of all materials rent of all accessories and tools, scaffolding and supporting materials, labour charges, welding new bar with old bars, including the cost of steel bars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & provisioning Renderoc RG non-shrink cementitious micro concrete (max 120 mm thick) (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) to any thickness for beam and column Fluid micro concrete shall be mixed with 6mm down coarse aggregate and specified quantity of water and mixed using a power operated slow speed stirrer and pouring inside the form work including the cost of all materials, rent for tools, scaffolding, and labour charges, water tight formwork etc all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 16mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing n white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade.complete all as specified and directed

NOTE : (a) The rate quoted against item No 1 to 141 above are for any height upto twelve storeys height and including necessary scaffolding etc. as required.
