Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with standard aluminium conductor of size 120 sqmm 3.5 core. complete all as specified and directed by Engg –in-charge.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with standard aluminium conductor of size 185 sqmm 3.5 core. complete all as specified and directed by Engg –in-charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, / laying of pipe / cable etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft loose soil complete complete all as specified and directed by Engg –in-charge.

Excavation in Trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation. (Laying of under ground cables and PCC pole) in Hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engg –in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick using excavated soil complete all as specified and directed by Engg –in-charge.

Removing excavated soil to distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engg –in-charge.

M & L for sand filling in trenches for cable cushioning with clean dry fine sand, including gently punning around cable complete all as specified and directed by Engg –in-charge. NOTE : Punned thickness of sand will be measured and paid.

Supplying & laying factory made unreinforced precast cable cover LV type 1 flat of size 250 x150 x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engg –in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm dia steel tubes (light grade) galvanised with fittings, laid in trenches/wall for protection of underground cable when crossing the road complete all as specified and directed by Engg –in-charge. Make: TATA/JINDAL/SURYA PRAKASH/SWASTIK

S&F Sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof ,fixed with MCCB 160 Amps, 25 KA, 01 No., earth bar IP 43 protection, flush to wall complete all as specified and directed by Engg –in-charge.

Note :- Necessary infrastructure reqd for boring shall be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost.

M&F for Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode of size 600x600x6.3mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron as steel, protected by galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore (Medium grade) all as directed.......

Material & Labour for point wiring concealed for one light / Fan point controlled by one, one way switch complete with 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant low smoke cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn and including PVC casing capping not less than 25 mm, including all accessories like corner, tees, junction boxes etc. including 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant low smoke cable as a earth wire connected to common earth dolly, etc including PVC board on wall complete all as specified and as directed Eng-in-Charge.

All as per item No 18 here-in-before but wiring with 2.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed fire retardant low smoke, cable and 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed fire retardant low smoke, cable as earth wire connected to common earth dolly for 15 Amps multipurpose socket outlet on independent board, controlled with one way switch.

Supply and fix stepped type electronic fan regulator, white polycarbonate body, flush type, 230 V, including connecting complete all as specified and as directed Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB’s single pole 6-32 Amps, 230 volts with ‘C’ curve, fixed in sheet metal board complete including connecting.

Note:- (i) Earthwork in any type of soil, installation of complete earthing system will be carried out in presence of company's authorised tradesmen/ representative. (ii) Item rate quoted by contractor shall include for 250 mm dia bore upto 3 metre deep and pouring, mixing of SRIP compound with soil. (iii) Drawing for single bore earthing is enclosed.

(d) The earthing result will be obtained for each electrode must be less than 3Ω. Otherwise contractor is liable to do chemical earthing to meet the result without extra cost if the results are above 3Ω. (e) Contractor must visit the site before quoting the tender to understand the difficulty and cost for carrying out the job in the station. It is important that contactor ascertain the quantum of work.

(f) Contractor must produce the certificate from the manufacturer that chemical earthing has been carried out by manufacturer. The manufacturer must also mention the warranty for chemical earthing. (g) Extension strip from electrode strip upto 0.15 m height from GL to be deemed included in quoted rate including brazing (h) The contractor has to give in writing for 3 years minimum warranty for constant result of earth below 1Ω.

Supply and fixing GI tubing of size 40 mm bore light grade ISI marked laid in trenches / on floor ceiling etc including with all fitting such as elbow, union reducer tees bends etc and short length for cable protection including taking down old GI tubing complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in -charge

Supply and fix PCC block of size 15cm x15cm x15cm suitable for copper strips including fixing with suitable size of screw and insulators all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for point wiring for one light point controlled by one flameproof switch, complete with 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, FR-LSH (Flame Retardant Low Smoke & Halogen) cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn and including mild steel ERW conduit not less than 20 mm dia, including all accessories like bend, tees, junction boxes etc. including 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, FR-LSH cable as a earth wire connected to common earth dolly, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engg –in-charge.

Supply and fix Flame proof rotary switch ( Isolator ) rating 16 Amps. Single pole ON /OFF in alluminium alloy LM 6 Construction with one/ 2 nos, 3/4 " ET entries, certified by CMRS , Dhanbad for Group I, IIA, IIB, complete all as specified and directed by Engg –in-charge.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with 2 run single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 6 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FR-LSH (Flame Retardant Low Smoke & Halogen), drawn through and including mild steel ERW conduit not less than 20 mm dia with all necessary fitting and including one run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 4 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FR-LSH as earth wire, fixed on wall / ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engg –in-charge. Note- 2 Runs of main cable and one run earth wire with conduit will be measured as one Unit for payment.

Supply & fix flame proof Ceiling Fan 1200mm in aluminium alloy LM 6 construction, certified by CMRS Dhanbad for Group I, IIA, IIB, complete all as specified and directed by Engg –in-charge. Make :- Sudhir or equivalent.

Supply anf fixing Flame Proof fan regulators in aluminium alloy LM 6 construction, certified by CMRS, Dhanbad for Group I, IIA, IIB, complete all as specified and directed by Engg –in-charge. Make :- Sudhir or equivalent.
