The High Court of Kerala - Renovation of the Ram Mohan Palace-composite Work Non PMC EPC MODE

A) Renovation works of Ram Mohan Palace Building (the main building and the Museum Building), which is a Heritage Building including preserving the Heritage Concepts and Art Deco Aesthetics of the original structure and repair and maintenance of the structures, including Works of Walls, Flooring, Ceiling, False Ceiling, MP Tiled Roof over steel truss, Plastering works, Wood work, Painting and Polishing works of walls, steel truss work of roof, doors, windows and ventillators, Landscaping Works, Yard Tiling Works, RCC Drain Works, Decorative Compound wall and ornamental gate works, Electrical Sub Station Building, Internal Electrical, electronics Installations and necessary services like Fire-Fighting, Fire- Alarm, Substation, DG set, HVAC etc. all as per the detailed Architectural Designs and Drawings approved by the Hon. High Court of Kerala and as per the instructions of the Concerned Departmental Officers in charge of the work. B) Obtaining and submission of all necessary statutory approvals on completion of above proposed building work including statutory approvals on completion plans from all local authorities,obtaining fire clearance, completion certificate from all concerned local bodies or anyother authorities, consent to operate, water connection, electric connection from concerned state electricity authorities, etc including preparation& submission of all 'As built drawings' (on completion of entire work including obtaining occupancy certificate/ completion certificate fromthe local bodies) as per scope of work, conditions and other details provided in NIT/ Tender document and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
