Suppy, fixing, transporting, erecting and fixing steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP- 31 (09 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug MS bolts, and washers incuding two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer to external surfaces of steel tubular pole and two coats of anti corrosive bituminous paint internally and externally upto planting depth of pole and providing 3 bands/ straps with paint red post office colour and 2 bands with black synthetic enamel paint 300mm from plinth block and marking pole No. with black synthetic enamel paint and feeder location of Pole including earth work/excavation in any type of soil PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation below pole, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 around pole and plinth block of pole, disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed including dismantling of existing damaged steel pole/struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work Fe-410-S grade in cross arms, bracing, supports,clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts bolts and washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling cross arms of mild steel channel or angle section etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pin type, porelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing shakle type, porelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts in repair insulators suitable for working pressure in 1100 volts of height 75 mm and max dia 90mm alongwith galvanised steel fittings section of straps in 31X3 mm and dis of bolts 12mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for stringing stretching and stengthening of over head conductor (ACSR) on existing LT steel tubular pole or RS joist LT electric pole including binding and jointing the conductor with and including 14 SWG winding wire etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Any breack or damage insulator has been change and the cost of insulator has beed deemed in item rate. (a) Weasel (6/1x2.59 aluminium and 1x2.59 steel)

M&L for stringing, drawing of GI wire 4 mm dia on LT electric lines including binding, jointing and for guarding cradle made to shape hexagonal/rectangular or any shape fabricted etc complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming of trees all as along the LT line in such away that there is clear distance of 3.00 mtr between tree and electric line. The work will be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge irrespective of the size of the tree branches etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (1). Tree branches will be left as it is the wood belong to cantt board/DO. They will be responsible for the wood. (2) Contractor will be employ sufficient labour to complete the full one job with in above 15 days (3). Contractor will be responsible for any type of accident while trimming the trees. (4) Contractor superviser will take proper sit down for MES installation before starting the work and clear it before resuming power supply, however full assistant will be provided by MES staff.

Labour for stringing stretching and stengthening of over head conductor (ACSR) on existing LT steel tubular pole or RS joist LT electric pole including binding and jointing the conductor with and including 14 SWG winding wire etc all as specified and directed. Note ;- (i) Cutting/trimming of tree branches all around the LT over head conductor of any span upto 1.5m away including removing the same may included the rate quated. Supply and fixing or passing through pipe, stranded conductor 6 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers no more than 1 meter apart including 4 mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing pole mounting box / junction box made out of 1.66mm thick MS CRCA sheet / fibar sheet of size 230 x170 x 105 mm complete suitable for three phase connection with clamps of flat iron/GI off size 25 x 4 mm including suitable size nut, bolts, washer etc to fix on pole and provide with hinged door and locking system all painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paints over one coated red oxide paint and comprising of the following :- (i) AI busbar 150mm long size 20 x 50 mm fixed on four Nos porcelain insulator each busbar provided with four Nos of Nuts, bolts, washer for incoming and out going cable. (ii) MCB SP 230V 5 to 32A, 10 KA – 1 Nos.

Supply , laying , connecting, testing and commissioning of 300 Sqmm 3.5 core under ground LT cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 Volts laid in trenches, fixed to walls/ drawn through pipe and incl the disturbence surface of road making good with using PCC, fixing the cable with suitable size glands, crimping type lugs etc all as specified and directed. Note;-(Excavation, earthwork send cushioning and cable protection shall be measured and paid for separately.)
