Annual Maintenance Contract for Electrical and Mechanical Installation at ATS Technical Building and Operational Area at NSCBI Airport, Kolkata for the year 2020 to 2022

Operation and maintenance of Internal and External E&M installations such as LT panels, building wiring, power cables, water pumps, water level control system, air-conditioning system etc. including attending complaints / faults/ breakdown, rectification and ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition including operation of 2 nos. elevators at ATS technical building on round the clock basis and maintaining all records as per PMI schedule of special conditions of contract and as per the requirement of works. (The contractor has to engage the minimum man power including relievers etc. as per the special condition of contract or as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.)

Servicing of Electrical Switch gears by OEM:- Preventive maintenance as per OEM (L&T/Emerson/Siemens/Havells) standard of the Switchgears available in the L.T. Power panels followed by necessary relay calibration and submission of service report in prescribed format of OEM and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ACBs upto 1600A = 8 nos.

Lifting and lowering of 10 HP to 15 HP submerssible pump motor in open borewell by providing Chainpully and other arrangement including jointing of submerssible cable by providing new joint kit of size 2.5 sq. mm. to 10 sq. mm. submerssible cable etc complete as required and direction of engineer-In-Charge.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of bottom discharge air cooled Type Precision Air - Conditioning Systems (2nd and 3rd Floor of ATS Complex) with variable capacity scroll compressor, evaporator fan having electrically controlled commutator motor, DX cooling coil, micro processor controller, expansion valves, drivers, filters including attending breakdown calls within time as mentioned in SCC and supply of all accessories, as per manufacturer recommendation as directed by Engineer - in -charge. (Model No. of PACs :- PEX-135ECD/S/W/I/COM, Capacity:-8TR, Refregetent Gas - R407/R407C or equivalent suitable for the above Model)

Annual Maintenance contract of addressable fire alarm system consisting of fire loop, addressable panel of Morely IAS ZX5e, Fire alarm PC station with Visualized Software, graphic display in computer, active repeater panel (07 nos approx), photo electric smoke detector (627 nos approx), Heat detector ( 28 nos approx), Manual cell point (36 nos approx), Response indicator (274 nos approx), Fault isolator (10 nos approx), Hooter (37 nos approx), Control realy module (02 nos approx), Monitor module (02 nos approx) including all smoke detector, response indicator, heat detector, manual cell point, hooter etc. as complete installed in 6th floor of ATS Building & maintenance of all FDA system with Speaker and day to day supervision of the whole system related to work including monthly servicing and periodical maintenance and attending breakdown maintenance as per the SCC from ground floor to 7th floor including tower, ELPA and 1st floor Annex portion at NSCBI Airport, Kolkata.(considering one skilled fire technician in general shift six days a week including holidays).

(The contractor has to engage the minimum man power including relievers etc. as per the special condition of contract, particular specifications and as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.)

DSR item (Rate will be considered % above / below of or equal to 100% of DSR 2018 E&M rate). (for Sub. Div.-I & Sub. Div.-II) The execution of Delhi Schedule of Rates (E&M) 2018 Items as when required basis. ‬ Example for quoting the rate:- (i)Agency Quoting Rs.22,50,000‬.00 in the Rate stands for 10% below the Estimate amounting of Rs.25,00,000.00 net amount will be ‭22,50,000‬.00 and payement will be made 10% below on DSR 2018 rate against items.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬ (ii)Agency Quoting Rs. ‭27,50,000‬‬.00 in the Rate stands for 10% above the Estimate amounting of Rs.25,00,000.00 net amount will be ‭27,50,000‬‬.00 and payement will be made 10% above on DSR 2018 rate against items.‬‬‬‬ ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬ NOTE:- 1) Quoted rate should be in amount not in percentage. 2) As per DSR 2018 total amount of work to be executed amounted to Rs. 25,00,000.00 in 24 months. 3) The percentage will be calculated against quoted amount with respect to Rs. 25,00,000.00.

For 24 Months

Providing AC vehicles not less than 1900 CC capacity and not more than 5 years old (Scorpio / Bollero / Inova/ Tata Sumo) including necessary fuel, permit & necessary airport entry pass to run the vehicle inside the operational and Non-operational areas alongwith driver under skilled category for all days including saturday, sunday & holidays for round the clock basis throughout the year with average run of 150 KM daily for attending complaints, carry out the maintenance works related to E & M installations, attending breakdown calls etc as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
