Dismentling brick or stone masonary in lime or cement mortar t including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries with 50m lead from work site etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation & Plinth in hard soil including dressing and levelling the bed upto the reqd. depth and deposited the excavated materials with all leads and lifts T&P shoring and shuttering if reqd. etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation with sand well watered and rammed with appropriate rammer /Mechanical compactor and top surface dressed and levelled to proper gradient including all cost of materials and labour T&P etc. comple as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) by using 40mm size BHG(C.B) metal of appd.quality from appd.quarry including hoisting,lowering and laying concrete in layers to the reqd.levels ramming watering, curing etc. complete including cost,conveyance,royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour T&P reqd. for the work etc.complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) by using 12mm size BHG(C.B) Chips of appd.quality from appd.quarry including hoisting,lowering and laying concrete in layers to the reqd.levels ramming watering, curing etc. complete including cost,conveyance,royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour T&P reqd. for the work etc.complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

RCC work of Prop (M-20) using 20mm and down graded BHG(C.B) stone of appd.quality from appd. Quarry including hoisting,lowering,laying and compacting concrete,watering and curing centering,shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost,conveyance,royalties and taxes including all cost of materials and labour T&P etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Cutting straightening of steel HYSD (Fe-415) conforming to (IS-1786) with bending, binding, cranking, hooking, welding or joining if necessary & tying the grills and placing in position as required for the Rod work in all floors and & for providing fan hooks hosting lowering & laying steels including cost conveyance taxes & royalties of alol materials and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges (payment will be made on weight of MS rod or tersteel only basing on the co-efficient of MS rod or for steel bars approved by SAIL/TATA/competent authority and (No separate payment will be made towards the cost of binding wires over lapping, wastage coupling welded, joints,spacer bars, chairs stays,hangers and annealed steel wire o9r other methods for binding and placing etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary in C.M(1:6)using bricks of size 25cmx12cmx8cm having crushing strength 75kg/cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in Foundation and plinth with all necessary projections, cutting,moulding,corebelling, champering, watering and curing with all cost of materials and labour T&P etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
