Material and labour for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x 300x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match in skirting/dados etc over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy engineering plastic complete with louvers shutters 250 mm sweep, 230V, AC 50 Hz, copper winding and mounting accessories all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long single pointed at top and mounted on GI pipe with two numbers of MS clamp of sutiable size and connecting up with Aluminium strip complete with clamps and all accessories all as specified and as directed. Note GI pipe for termination rods shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing of aluminium strip size 25x3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws for roof conductors and down conductors above ground fixed to roof by means of stand of hold fast placed on PCC blocks/insulated blocks and fixed to walls/ parapet on insulated saddles complete all as specified and as directed. Note Aluminium strip in roof conductors shall not be directely fixed/touching on roof surface.

Supply and fixing of GI strip 32x6mm burried in ground 150mm below normal ground level including connecting up with earth electrode plates of earthing on both ends with GI nuts, bolts and washers in addition to weilding and also including all excavation earth work and returing filling, compacting etc complete all as specified and directed. Note earthing strip shall not pass through or be enclosed/encased into any metallic pipe.

S&F metal enclosure outdoor type fixed in wall or pedestral type of size 1.5m x 1.5m x 0.6 m fixed in wall for fixing of vertical TPN DB inside the enclosure complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick protection using old size sub class ‘B’ new bricks, laid flat dry but jointed, laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, commissioning, testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty electric cable of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core, with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, in duct / trenches, etc and make good distrubed surface including cable glands of required size of aluminium thimble for making connection including taking down old unserviceable cable any size complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Pipe and bricks for cable protection and sand cushioning, earth work shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Old u/s XLPE cable to be deposited to the department's store as directed by Engg in Charge.

Supply and fix galvanised iron pipe in 80 mm bore, light grade for protection of UG cable laid in trenches etc complete with all fitting such as socket or any other item required for fixing of pipe including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- MS clamp, nut, bolt etc required for fixing the pipe with pole shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate).

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades sheleves, lintels, etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm grith complete all as specified as directed.
