FMS & Data Centre Maintenance : sufficient dedicated personnel (at least 02 nos.) to be posted at the Data Centre for day-to-day maintenance of the IT infrastructure of leased-line coonectivity, internet security devices like WatchGuard UTM (HA), Load Balancers, Routers and L2 & L3 Managed switches, Antivirus servers , DNS server ), Application server, DHCP, storage etc. to keep the min. 99.95% uptime, Regular Backup and Archival of Critical server services, Data etc. Liaisoning with the OEM / AMC / Warranty Providers, Facility Management support person for Data Center must be Graduate with valid certificate in CCNA/MCSA/RHCE and at least 2 (two) yrs. of experience. Cost of deputing sufficient Technical person (at least 02 nos.) and sufficient Front Office Telephone Operator with adequate related field experience for smooth functioning of Conference Room Audio & Display systems and Front Office Reception at JKB. [ 01.10.2024 to 30.09.2025 ]
