Dismantling existing tanks of any description exc 500 n.exc 1000 ltrs capacity and removing from site complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for 1000 ltrs capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position incl fixing arrangment for inlet/outlet/overflow & vent pipe of standard size complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only 20mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & 3, plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 210 gms) all as specified & directed. (Fixing included in Item No 3 & 4 above)

Disconnecting of existing Exc 500 ltr n.exc 1000 ltr capacity existing tanks, seting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc. and hoisting and reconnecting and refixing in position for complete all as specified and as directed.

S &F in repair 25 mm dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed both ends for iron pipe or for union complete all as specified & directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or remove to store or credited to contractor for 15 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof pedding including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and finished surface even and smooth height of Bldg upto 4th story complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for roof treatment in the following stages :-(Height of Bldg upto 4th storey) (a) first Course : M&L for 15 mm thick plaster with CM 1:3 mixed surface even and smooth with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions (Note: - WPC shall be measured and paid separately). (b) Material and labour for UV stable single component fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane having solid content of 55% formulated wih PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres and having sun reflectivity Index (SRI) of 106. The application of the material should be done in three coat (6 hr gap after each coat) on the substrate, applying first self priming coat at ratio of damp proof ultra and water 3:1 then 2 undiluted coat of damp proof ultra obtaining coverage @1 ltr/10 sqft in two coats (10-12 hrs gap between each coat. The vital physical and chemical parameters shall be as under. Min elongationat break of 350%, crack bridging ability of 2.5 mm @650 microns thickness, resists positive hydrostatic pressure of up to 10 bars. The material shall be appliied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engr-in charge/consultant. Also, proper surface preparation along with covingat corners is must. Note : - 1. The authorized applicator of manufacturer shall be approved by GE.

M&L for 30 mm thick guniting in patches on to the required area on RCC columns, beams, stairs, lintels, retaining walls, sunshades, roofing slab etc. of all sizes and shapes at any heights from existing ground floor and at any locations with cement and mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand) under 2 to 2.8 Kg/Cm2 pressure after removing the damaged loose spalt concrete as specified here in before and applying one coat of rust convertor/kp-100 equivalent grade over reinforcement wherever necessary providing and tying in position 25mmx25mmx12 gauge dia wire MS welded mesh or smaller size over treated surface ready to receive grouts, curing for 10 days etc,loose spalt concrete portions by chipping, removal of dust over treated surface and applying 5mm to 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 to match existing surfaces and finished even and smooth including curing for 10 days etc, and removing the debris out side the MOD land in low lying areas and leveling complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cutting in to old masonry to form toothings for bonding in new brick or stone work including making good in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for squarred rubble walling Jodhpur type regular coursed well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complate all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 21 above but except stone complate all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC solid building blocks 10 cm thick type B1 1:2:4 set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over squared rubble stone walling Jodhpur type regular course for hammer dressing to face of stone with max depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing complete to squared rubble walling, regular coursed, Jodhpur typeall as specified and directed.

Taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces on ceiling / facia /RCC Chhaja etc all as directed & finished even & smooth complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of concrete or stone wall surfaces finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of concrete or stone wall surfaces finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compund (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed

Racking out joints/pointing to square rubble masonry Jodhpur type regular coursed built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Keyed pointing to square rubble masonry Jodhpur type regular course in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully cement concrete/ spalled out concrete from RCC roof projections, Ceilings, Sunshades, beams etc upto cover depth by chipping out lightly including necessary scaffolding etc for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the existing reinf of slabs chajjas etc & applying a coat of SIKA RUSTOFF 11 or equivalent of pidilite,fosroc,Thermax etc to remove rust particles etc throughly cleaning the surface including necessary scaffolding height of Bldg upto 4th storey complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of bond coat made with cement slurry (1part cement to 1.5-2 parts water) mixed with admixture LATEX POWER of SIKKA or equivalent to fosroc 'Asian Paint' mixed @ 5 Kg per 50kg of cement & applying to the concrete surfaces @200gm/sqm to obtain tackincluding necessary scaffolding height of Bldg upto 4th story complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 15-20mm thick rendering in CM 1:1:2 using 1 part cement to 1part 2-3mm screenings of stone aggregate & 2 parts coarse sand over the bond coat applied surfeces with cement mixed SIKA PLASTOCRETE admixture or equivalent of pidilite, fosroc, Thermax etc @100gm/50kg of cement & finishing the surfaces even & rough to recieve final rendering coat including necessary scaffolding height of Bldg upto 4th story complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 10-15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over the bond coat applied surfeces with cement mixed SIKA PLASTOCRETE SUPER or equivalant admixture @100gm/50kg of cement & finishing the surfaces even & smooth, including over the surface of GI chicken wire mesh of 0.71mm dia wire & 12mm mesh size fixed with nails & screws around RCC chajjas/fascias etc including necessary scaffolding height of Bldg upto 4th story complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description for roof,colums, beam of any type etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC design mix M-25 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on wall, roof slab, Chajja and in shelve etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC nominal Mix-25 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in beam, roof beam, cantilevers, lintel beam, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, beam , slab etc hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.
