Construction of storm water drain in front of new heavy workshop building in FACT Cochin Division, Ambalamedu, Kochi.

Trimming, dressing & sectioning of road berms, slopes & earth surface in all classes of soil and disposal of rubbish up to a distance of 150 m and levelling the area.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil including narrickal but excluding hard rock which require blasting including back filling in basement & sides of foundation, depositing on bank within an initial lead of 50 m including breaking clods, watering, ramming and sectioning of spoil bank etc.complete- Up to 1.5 m depth from ground level.

Providing formwork to RCC works with necessary wooden planks, joists, runners, posts etc.including removal after completion of works- For foundation footings etc.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete work in 1:4:8 mix (1 cement: 4 coarse river sand/manufactured sand: 8 40mm nominal size graded hard granite broken stones) including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing, cost for bailing out of water, oil, liquid mud etc. from all sources in excavated pits, trenches, etc. complete at all levels as per standard specifications but excluding the cost of shuttering, and as directed by the Engineer in-charge for foundation / levelling course etc.

RCC work in 1:1½:3 nominal mix using 20 mm and downgrade hard granite broken stone including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing etc.complete but excluding cost of form work & reinforcement works- For foundation footings, bottom & sides of trenches, equipment foundations, plinth beams, lintels, slabs, columns & beams etc.up to 5 m from ground level.

Providing reinforcements to RCC works with MS / Tor steel rods including all charges for conveying, straightening/uncoiling, cutting, bending, placing rods in position & tying with GI / black annealed tying wire of suitable gauge etc. complete.including cost of reinforcement.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50m lead as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Erection & Installation of Precast Concrete elements in correct & final position with proper line level and plumb at site making all arrangements (i.e cranes, push-pull jacks & all another T & P for lifting placing & alignment of elements, within erection tolerance as per IS 15916 as per approved shop drawings and all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of sim pads, non shrink grout and steel works i.e hangers. All work up to floor five level- for solid concrete drain elements.

Flooring with PCC 1:2:4 mix concrete using first class 20 mm and downgrade hard granite broken stone including mixing concrete, laying in panels, necessary formwork, consolidating, curing etc complete
