Operation & Comprehensive Maintenance for the electro-mechanical work of Electric Crematorium comprising of Single Furnace with Pollution Control Unit at Pathak Ghat Electric Crematorium under Bally Municipality for 6(Six) months.

Round the clock operation of the Electrical furnace, Air Pollution Control Unit and all other allied electro mechanical installations including fault finding ,minor repairing and maintenance like cleaning, greasing, checking of charging trolley and chain spocket etc. by semi-skilled labour in each shift for three shift.

Sweeping/ cleaning the whole furnace floor area with underground furnace area etc. including furnace rooms, stairs etc. by sweeper. All sweeping materials like phenyle, Detergent, shope, Broom, Mop, Duster etc. supplied by the contractor

Removing the carbons particles/sludge arrested by ceramic saddles from the scrubber and from the stainless steel header pipes cleaning the same with fresh water and dilute muretic acid till to be seen off white colour and refixing the same quantity cleaned ceramic saddle into the scrubber over the stain- less steel cleaned net.(precuautin to be taken air injecting during cleaning the inside).

Supply and fixing the Heating element (Heatco make) of capacity 4.5 K.W to be working in supply voltage of 240 V 50 Hz made from 80/20 Nicrome wire of 8 SWG in coiled coil from welded S.S stud on both ends. The coil should be inserted into the groove of existing coil brick after proper cleaning and the S.S Studs housed into the ceramic caller tube wrapped. With asbestos rope for tight fitting and sealing as heat proof extended S.S stud to be connected brass/ copper connector with complete connection in all respect of existing system.

Supply, Installation & Commissioning of the Roast Bricks.

Supply & fixing 415V, HRC fuse (L&T make)- For 63A.

Supply, fixing 230V LED Indicating Lamps.

Supply and fixing the thermocouple of heat sensing range 0-1200 deg. C having (Cr-A1) sensor house in S. Sd 304 casing of dimension 1200 mm long x 22 mm OD complete encased in to it and fitted terminal on other end for connection of compensating wire. Blue Max make.
