Material and labour for old size sub class 'B' bricks, sub class 'B' bricks quality bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) having compressive strength not less than 75 Kg/Sq cm all as specified"

Material and labour for burnt modular brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar ( 1:6) all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hard core of guage not exc 63mm with broken bricks deposited spread & levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface.Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation.Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water.Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on brick wall in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement if applicable and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid for separately)

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick or concrete surface finished even and fair without using extra cement. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound (WPC), conforming to IS and as approved, complete all as specified.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm.

Use & waste of Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas,troughs and similar items including edges of rough finished flat surfaces of concrete.Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT reinforcement bar, Fe-500D, bars 10mm and over, cut to length bend Shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified and as directed.

S&F Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 450 x 300 mm x 6 to 7mm thick, in skirting /dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm rendering in Cement mortar 1:4.Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (Glazed finish )with Grey cement and pigment any shape any size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade.Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.5mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based trapezoidal steel sheet of any colour ,tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering ,cladding to wall ,ridge,gutter etc fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Supply and fix, 30 mm thick factory made solid panel PVC shutters (conforming to IS : 4020) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tubes of 19 gauge and size 19 mm x 19 mm for stiles and 15 mm x 15 mm for top and bottom rails.
