REPAIR OF CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLY TOP FOR OTM ACCN AT NMS UNDER AGE I NABAGRAM

Remove the existing unserviceable ply wood from charpoy with ply and making the frame to its original position by tightening etc and supply & fixing with new ply wood 12mm thick, commercial, BWR Grade (IS-303) of existing shape & size, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drg.

S&F in repairs to head board made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board both side teak facing (ext grade) of Bed Hard Steel, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs to foot board made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board both side teak facing (ext grade) of Bed Hard Steel, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs to PVC shoe of Bed Hard Steel , rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing the unserviceable/broken check nuts from Charpoy Hard top & S/F 6mm thick GI medium grade check nuts suitable for 32 mm dia MS tube frame, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drg. (Each check nut will be measured as single unit)

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken long rail from charpoy Hard Top and S&F new long rail of GI tubing 32mm including cutting threading and bringing the GI charpoy into the original shape, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drg.

Making short rails obtained from item No 1.06 above and fixing, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drg.

Making legs out of u/s long/short rails obtained from item 1.06 and 1.07 above including cutting, threading and fixing, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and shown on drg.

Removal of existing worn out painting from in side & outside including preparation of surface frame complete and M&L for applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
