Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m width and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out for laying of pipes etc in soft/loose soil .

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50M where directed and at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point.

M & L for taking up cast iron (CI) / DI /GI water mains (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints of any size all as specified and dirercted by Engr-in-Charge of size 150 mm bore.

All as per item ser No 4 above but for size 200 mm bore.

All as per item ser No 4 above but for size 250 mm bore.

Supply and lay DI pipe centrifugally cast of class K-7 with spigot and socket ends/flanged end suitable for tyton joints/flanged joints including rubber gasket/rubber ring and other accessories like nut-bolts etc for the following sizes. Make: Jindal, Electrosteel castings, Electrotherm (India) for 150 mm bore.

All as per item ser No 5 above but for 200 mm bore.

All as per item ser No 5 above but for 250 mm bore.

Material and labour for fixing DI specials such as bends(any type, radius and angle),tappers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps & plugs of size 150 mm bore and above .

Supply and Fixing for DI sluice valve of size 100 mm bore PN-1.6 incl new rubber gasket, nuts and bolts, stainless steel spindle etc including dismantling of existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Zoloto, Sant, BIR .

All as per item ser No 7 above but for size 150 mm bore.

All as per item ser No 7 above but for size 300 mm bore.

Material and labour for repairing the leakage of lead joints for CI/DI pipe incl bailing out the line water after burning out the existing lead from joints and using extra lead and spun yarn as required and directed for the size 80 mm bore.. Note :- Rate of Excavation and earth work returning filling and removing shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor.

Dismantling of stone massonary valve chamber of any size and pattern and at any position and construction of valve chamber with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate with PCC blocks 20 cm thick wall built in cement mortar 1:6 with plastering of 10mm thickness internally and 15mm thickness externally above and below ground level with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate incl frame made of angles iron (50x50x6mm) of size matches with the internal size of the valve chamber and chamber cover made of MS sheet of 3.0mm thickness incl MS hinge and painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl necessary earth work, excavation etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge of the size 1050 x 1200 x 1000mm

Material and labour for laying of pipe under road crossing of size 50 mm to 200 mm by trenchless technology by aguring or mechnical means in any type of soil.

M & L for road cutting and repairing the same with road patch material width upto 75 cm all as specified and directed by EIC. Note: Road repair work shall be completed the same day of work execution in all aspect, failing which a penalty of Rs 100 per meter for per hour delay will be imposed and deducted from RAR/Final Bill.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in support of pipes or foundation of pump complete all as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster in cum (1:6) on brick/stone/PCC surface fair and even complete all as directed

Material and labour for repair/replacement of leakage/pipeline of size 20/25mm GI/PVC including cutting the existing 20/25 mm GI/PVC pipe cutting threads, supply and fixing GI fittings like union, elbow, sockets, nipples etc and GI pipe of size 20/25 mm incl any plumbing/ welding work required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- 1. The work will be carried out on height upto 18 Mtr contractor will ensure providing safety tools and equipment to the labour/plumber and the cost of the same will deemed to be included in quote rates. 2. Cost of any additional plumbing work/welding work deemed to be included in quoted rates. 3. Cost of repairing the wall and making the surface as per existing shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. 4. Cost of GI fittings required and GI pipe upto length of 1 Mtr is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for repair of 300/350/375 CI/DI pipe line of lead joints/push tyton rubber joint socket and spigot type taking up/down excavation, returning filling and removal of excavated soil near pipe line of size as mentioned below in break down maint of raising main line / distribution line in civil area. Providng any type of special tools & plants such as JCB, Hydra cranes, pumps & materials (such as lead, lead wool, detechable joints/ leak repair clamp suitable for CI/DI fittings,patsun/spun yarn, caller/short piece of pipes or any other fittings to be required to minimise the breakdown time and rectification of the problem as soon as posible. Rectification work must be start within two hours of intimation to contractor. Any delay in rectification may be penalised as deemed fit , Rate of excavation removing and returning filling willbe deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor. NOTE: during the excavating work if any damage in civil / army area like (road, path,PCC wall, elecric cable, UTP cable pipe line any type of damage regardless work ) contractor will responsible for repair same it is. without any delay.

Material and labour for cutting existing 80/100 mm GI/DI pipeline disconnecting the existing GI clamp connections of 50/80/100 mm dia, disconnecting the 80/100 mm GI pipeline upto the adjacent socket/spigot in both side and taking the pipe to workshop for cutting thread, making threads on pipe at four sides (four two connections Two side each), or insert a DI fitting and bring back to the site insertion of Equal Tee of size 80/80/80mm or reducing Tee of size 80/80/50 mm or 100/100/80 or 100/100/50 as required at site making proper alignment and re-installing the pipe in original position with additional plumbing/welding works as required at site and testing the same for any leakage and pressure to overhead tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- 1. Cost GI fittings required like Tee, elbow, Nipples etc as required shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. 2. Cost of any additional plumbing work/welding work deemed to be included in quoted rates. 3. Cost of excavation/ earth work required shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. 4. Contractor shall rectify the fault and reconnect the pipeline at the same day. 5. Any DI fittings required and installed shall be measured under respective Sch 'A' item.

Material and labour for interchanging the connections of OHT of cap 500/1000 ltrs at including cutting the existing 20/25 mm GI pipe connections of 02 x tanks, cutting threads, supply and fixing GI fittings like union, elbow, sockets, nipples etc and GI pipe of size 20/25 mm incl any plumbing/ welding work required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- 1. The work will be carried out on height upto 18 Mtr contractor will ensure providing safety tools and equipment to the labour/plumber and the cost of the same will deemed to be included in quote rates. 2. Cost of any additional plumbing work/welding work deemed to be included in quoted rates. 3. Supply and fixing of box type chamber of size 400 x 200 x 800 mm made of iron sheet of thickness 3 mm and angle iron of size 32 x 6 mm with locking arrangement incl drilling the holes in wall, fitting of fastners for fixing of chamber, any plumbing/ welding work required complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-charge. Note :- 1. Chamber should contain holes for passage to 04 Nos 25 mm GI pipes at one side and 01 No 50 mm GI pipe at other side, distance b/w wall and pipe and b/w the pipe may vary at each location, Contractor need to check and measure the site condition physically and then fabricate the chamber accordingly. 2. Cost of any additional plumbing work/welding work deemed to be included in quoted rates. 3. Cost of repairing the wall and making the surface as per existing shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Taking up raising/ delivery DI water mains 100mm bore (including all fittings), with flanged or spigot and socket end with tyton joints/ gasket with nut bolts & washers of any size and relaying the same with using new gasket / tyton joint complete all as specified and as directed.
