Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil (i.e. soft/ loose or hard/ dense soil) complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, base of columns etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs Junction box made from SMC/FRP sheet readymade of size 300x200x100 mm having 100 Amp capacity including RYB and neutral with aluminium busbar, with & including MCB SP 6 Amp 10 kA 'C' Curve 240 V (01 No.) fixed to pole/wall with MS clamp made out of MS flat iron 25x5 mm with suitable nut, bolts, washers, etc and necessary painting to MS clamp with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repair Cable looping box made from FRP sheet readymade of size 140mm x 140mm x 95mm, with PVC sheet finish inside with & including MCB SP 6 Amp 10 kA 'C' Curve, 240 V (01 No.), heavy duty connector for connection of 3 core cable and fixed to pole/wall with MS clamp made out of MS flat iron 25x5 mm with suitable nut, bolts, washers, etc and necessary painting to MS clamp with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs 2.50 Sqmm 3 core PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed, multistranded copper conductor flexible cable of 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) drawn through existing conduit pipe/ inside GI Pole from DB, Junction Box, etc to fitting with suitable lugs etc complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs 1.50 Sqmm 3 core PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed, multistranded copper conductor flexible cable of 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) drawn through & including new 20mm dia PVC rigid conduit (Heavy duty, ISI marked) from DB, Junction Box, etc to fitting with suitable lugs etc complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs MCB SP 6 Amp, 50 Hz, AC supply, 10 kA 'C' Curve with proper size lugs complete all as directed. Make: Legrand Cat No. 4085 87 or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

Taking down existing street light fitting of any description and S&F new 90 Watt LED street light fitting, High Efficiency, minimum IP 65 protection, CCT - 5700K, system lumen efficacy ≥ 110 Lm/W, Power factor ≥ 0.95, powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing, top opening with separate driver compartment and clear PMMA/polycarbonate/toughened glass heat resistant cover, fixing to existing bracket including nut bolts, connected with & including 2.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor cable from Junction Box to light fitting and electrically connected to the existing system and testing on completion complete all as directed.

Taking down existing flood light fitting of any description and Supply, installation, commissioning & testing 50 Watt LED Flood Light fitting, IP-65 rated with high pressure die cast aluminium housing, powder coated, CCT 5700K, asymmetric fixing to existing bracket including nut bolts of suitable size and electrically connected to the existing system and testing on completion complete all as directed. The fittings shall have minimum surge protection 5 kV and fitting shall be sealed with a non-ageing silicone gasket, fixed as per manufacturer’s instructions and making necessary electrical connections with & including 2.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor cable from Junction Box to light fitting and testing on completion complete all as directed. Taking down existing light fitting of any type & fixed in any position and S&F new 2 x 6 Watt LED wall mounted UP and DOWN clear/ warm white decorative LED light fixture with die cast aluminium housing transparent tempered glass diffuser, minimum IP 54 protection, minimum CCT 2700K, fixed in any position on wall with Screw/ nut bolt properly as per site requirement with all accessories and making necessary electrical connections and testing on completion complete all as directed. Taking down existing landscape projector light fitting of any description and S&F new 25 Watt outdoor aesthetic LED light fixture, IP 66 protection, Lumen Efficacy ≥ 140 lm/W, powder coated, pressure die cast aluminium housing, toughened clear glass cover, Power factor ≥ 0.95, THD ≤ 10, CCT 3000K, fixed as per manufacturer’s instructions and making necessary electrical connections and testing on completion, complete all as directed. Make: Havells Cat No. LYCUSSPS25WLED830PSYMBOTG or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

Taking down existing bollard light fitting and S&F new 9/10 W LED Bollard light fitting IP-54 rated with inbuilt LED, made in die cast aluminium housing Frosted polycarbonate diffuser, CCT 3000K complete with all standard accessories fixed as per manufacturer's instructions and making necessary electrical connections including testing on completion complete all as directed. Make: Bajaj Cat No. BGBOM 605 9W LED or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

Dismantling and taking down existing damaged/broken PCC Pole and S&F new 3 mtr height hot dip galvanized steel pole hexagonal/ octagonal cross sections grade S355JO of dimensions top dia 70 mm, bottom dia 130 mm, sheet thickness 3 mm, base plate dimensions 200x200x12 mm, foundation bolt size 4 Nos x 16 mm dia, pitch circle dia 200 mm, bolt length 450 mm, projected bolt length 80 mm, anchor plate thickness 3 mm with inbuilt compartment for mounting switch box, earthing etc covered with hinged door confirming to IS:2629 / BS EN ISO 1461 alongwith connections with & including MCB SP 6 A, 240 V, 10 kA, 'C' Curve (1 No.), Connector (RYB&N) - 63 A Cap (01 No.) complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 Core (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection covers, protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 10 sqmm 4 Core (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection covers, protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply and laying/fixing 40 mm bore High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipes of Grade ‘PE 100’, Pressure Class ‘PN 8’, ‘SDR-17’, ISI marked, with all fittings, laid in trenches, under floors or roads/ along poles etc for protection of electric cables, fixed in repairs, complete all as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 50mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls etc with required size of flat iron (minimum 25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for cutting of existing PCC floor / hardstanding / Interlocking tiles path / WBM road with soling & premix carpet of any description for removing / laying UG Cables/ pipe line, depth of cutting not exceeding 90cm and width 45cm and filling the trench of road i.e. excluding top 20cm with existing aggregate obtained from cutting, watered and properly rammed to satisfaction of EIC and finally provide with & including 20 cm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate to entire width of trench & finally match the top surface to road & disposal of debris to a distance not exceeding 250 metre and depositing where directed including re-setting of interlocking tiles/ Paver block (where required) complete all as directed.

Supply and laying of instant ready mix premixed bituminous material for repairing road cutting, depression on pot holes etc, material consisting of modified all-weather bitumen paste in liquid asphalt with chemicals, anti-stripping agents, graded aggregates & additives / granular material 5-20mm crushed stone aggregate with 5.5% of bitumen, in 25 Kg bag, laid as per manufacturer’s instructions including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed. Make: ‘ShaliPatch’ of STP Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE. Note : The unit of measurement and payment purpose is ‘Per Bag’ of 25 Kg ready mix material.
