Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of pipe , all complete as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil compete all as specified and directed.

Removal surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking up or down 15 mm galvanised water tubing (medium grade) with all fitting from trenches/ walls/ floors/ ceilings and separating serviceable pipes and fittings for reuse in the work and removing unserviceable pipes and fittings like MS clamps from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,laying,testing and fixing galvanised steel water tubing 15 mm bore with screwed socket joints medium grade together with all fitting such as bends ,elbows ,tees ,short pices,connectors ,back nuts , dirminishing pieces ,caps ,wooden plugs or laid in floors including ,screwing and waste and for forged bends on piping as required ,match with the existing specification complete all as specified and as directed . Supply and fix in repair/replacement 25 mm dia ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe & fixed (min wt. 455 gms), complete all as specified and directed. Make : PRAYAG/ POLYTUF

Supply and fix in repair/replacement 20 mm dia ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe & fixed (min wt. 210 gms), complete all as specified and directed. Make : PRAYAG/ POLYTUF

Dismantling of old unserviceable water tanks of capacity exceeding 500 ltrs and not exceeding 1000 ltrs and removing from site, and deposited to store ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,hoisted and fixed in repairs for 500 Ltr capacity rotational mounted HDPE water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical closed top) ISI marked white coloured double wall construction and fixed in position or placed in position inside or outside the bldg connecting up pipes and security access covers including 20 mm dia ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball (210 mm min wt) complete all as specified and as directed .Make: SINTEX PURE or equvilant in POLYCON/ROTAX.

Supply ,hoisted and fixed in repairs for 1000 Ltr capacity rotational mounted HDPE water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical closed top) ISI marked white coloured double wall construction and fixed in position or placed in position inside or outside the bldg connecting up pipes and high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and hight density plastic ball (min wt 455 gms ) complete all as specified and as directed .Make: SINTEX PURE or equvilant in POLYCON/ROTAX.

Supply and fix in repair PVC cover lid suitable for Polethylene water storage tank of capacity 250 Ltr to 1000 Ltr one pad lock , 6 lever with duplicate keys including complete all as specified and directed. (Make of Lock : Harrison/Link)

Cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc. from tanks of capacity exc. 1000 litre and n.exc 2000 litre and also from mouth of circulating pipes, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement cast iron sluice valve size 100 mm dia with gun metal raising spindle, both ends flanged, with iron wheel head conforming to IS-14846-2000, and drilled with necessary holes for boths including jointing material viz nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets etc , complete all as specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar/ Venus/ Leader/Zoloto

Supply and fix in repairs including connecting ,testing and commissioning cast iron air release valve 150 mm dia ,GM seat and flap H7 class both ends flanged suitable for the follwing sizes of pipe including removing of unserviceable non return valve from site complete all as specified and as directed . Make : SCUD/SHAKTI/LEADER/ZOLOTO / Bir/Venus

Supply and fix in repair 20 mm dia gun metal globe valve /gate valve class 2 heavy duty onfirming to IS 778 with iron wheel head ,screwed both ends suitable complete all as specified and as directed Make - Zoloto /Leader/Scud Note :- The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cutting, threading, insertion of union joint, nipple etc for the required size of pipe.
