Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of monoblock pump complete set factory tested for rated continuous duty and efficiency, complete with motor, common base frame, coupling and V.I. pads and mechanical seal for recirculation of water, including flanges at suction and discharge side etc. complete as required. The pumps shall be suitable for operation on 415+/-10% volts, 50 HZ, 3 PH, AC power supply and shall suit following capacities. a) 12.5 HP Condenser water pump set of discharge capacity approx. 15 Meter head. (Make - Kirloskar KDS 1331+ or equivalent).

Supply of 7.5 HP submersible Pump set for water supply having dynamically balanced NORYL impeller stainless steel shaft with non-return valve coupled with capable of discharge of 500 LPM water at the head of 15 mtrs etc pump set of 8 stage, 2900 RPM fitted in the existing borewell of 8" dia. 300 ft. depth suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC power supply complete as reqd. (Make - Kirloskar 100HHF-0808 or equivalent).

Supply of 5 HP submersible Pump set for water supply having dynamically balanced NORYL impeller stainless steel shaft with non-return valve coupled with capable of discharge of 500 LPM water at the head of 15 mtrs etc pump set of 8 stage, 2900 RPM fitted in the existing borewell of 6" dia. 250 ft. depth suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC power supply complete as reqd. (Make - Kirloskar 60HHN-0508 or equivalent).

S.I.T.C. of cubicle panel 1.5mtr x 1.0mtr x 0.5mtr depth outdoor type with double door fabricated from 2mm thick CRCA sheet duly stove enamled painted with gasketed, hinged door compartments with suitable size copper wires for interconnections lockable type with cable alley and fully automatic Star/delta starter for 10 / 15 HP submersible/monoblock pump complete with single phase preventor, pump guard, Ammeter, Voltmeter & 1 No. 40 Amp 36 KA, 4 pole MCCB complete as reqd.(Make L&T) and detachable gland plate mounted on cement concrete foundation, 300 mm above the ground mounted on angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm conforming to relevant IS specification and containing following switch gear i/c all internal connections & complete accessories as per drawing approved by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and laying of following size HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. a) 50 mm dia.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. a) Above 35 sqmm and upto 95 sqmm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. a) 3.5 Core x 50 sqmm

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia. including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Supply of 100 mm dia. G.I. pipe of B class conforming to IS:1239 Part-I 2004.

Supply of 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm channel iron (9.56 kg/ mtr) for support of 100 mm dia GI pipe.

Installation of 100mm dia. 'B'- Class G.I. pipe as outlet and suction pipe (with providing and fixing 3 no. bends) for the monoblock pump with support of existing MS channel iron using 200mm X 200mm X 6mm MS base plate and existing 100mm G.I. pipe for additional support to minimize vibration of outlet pipe as per site requirements. The job shall also include execution of necessary civil works like making PCC foundations for erection of MS channel iron for support of outlet pipe and painting of the MS channel iron and GI pipe with one coat of primer and two coats of red enamel paint etc. complete as per site requirement.
