BOQ ( Sch A ) Internal Electric works Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, sockets, lamp holders, brackets, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls etc. as per existing finishes by plastering, repairs and white / colour wash etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of point wiring for one light point / fan point / bell point (independent point), controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade single core (multi-stranded) copper conductor cable (FRLS) drawn into and including medium grade PVC conduit concealed (not less than 20 mm dia) all necessary fittings and accessories fixed concealed (including chase cutting in brick/stone masonery wall for fixing conduit and plastering the external surfaces and matching the same with existing suface) and sunk cast iron or pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting fitting like switches, sockets, lamp holders, sketch fittings and covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet cover fixed with brass screws and cup washers including one continuous run of PVC insulated (green colour) 1.50 sqmm size copper conductor cable as in earth wire and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified (Note:- wiring shall be in done in colour coding as directed by Engoneer in charge )

All as per item No 2 here in before but one socket outlet 5 pin 5 Amp controlled by one, one way switch on same board.

Material & labour for sub main wiring with 1100 volt grade two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor 4 sqmm drawn into and including electrical grade PVC conduit not less than 25 mm dia with IS 9537 (Part-III) 1983 mark, or relevant ISI mark with all accessories fixed concealed including chase cutting in brick/ stone masonry for fixing conduit and making good the disturb surfaces of wall as per existing including 4 sqmm multi - stranded copper conductor as earth wire in green colour including taking down existing unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (Note :- 2 runs of 4 sqmm single cable, one run of 4 sqmm earth wire cable and PVC conduit shall be considered as one unit/1Rm)

Taking down old unserviceable tube light of any type, Supply and fix in repair High quility LED CRCA batten with decorative end cap complete with retrofit T8 Polycarbonate/Glass Tube T8 indoor batten tube light 20 Watt with aluminium extrusion in D shaped have large diameter for increased convection heat transfer incl one LED tube rod and driver, internaly pre wired of 1.5 sqmm twin twisted flexible cable for all as specified & directed. Make :- C&S, Cat part No LTDC1220WLED/WD or any equivalent cat part in make specified in particular specification.

Material and Labour for replacing insulation deteriorated PVC insulated twin core flate 10 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty stranded aluminium, conductor cable in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart including 4mm dia GI wire including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing High quality indoor LED PLL base lamp 4 pin, 18 Watt (with inbuiled driver) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing High quility LED lighting fixture with co extruded polycarbonate body,complete with polycarbonate/glass tube, 10 Watt, suitable for mirror light internally pre wired of 1.5 sqmm twin twisted flexible cable complete all as specified & directed.

. Supply and fixing high quality LED 20W tube light tarika series. LED retrofit T8 tube with polycarbonate diffuser and aluminium heat sink for repacing 4ft fluorescent tubelight complete all as specified & directed. Taking down for Repair of Exhaust fan of size 250 mm to 450 mm sweep of any type including replacement of burned copper winding, bearing and any other accessories and refixing after repair with suitable size nut bolts and wire complete all as specified and directed.
