Labour charges for 4 (four) nos operating personnel for operation and guarding of substation equipments, internal/external illuminations with all electrical installation as per specfication round the clock guarding of the whole installtion with all accessories.

Periodical inspection twice in a month by electrical supervisor having valid supervisors certificate of competency from directorate of electricity , Govt. of W.B. or any other state State Government of India with supervisors each vist should be recorded in log book (with date and time) to be supplied by the agency and kept in the pump house building. The supervisors req. to have through/in.depth instruction of all the elect. appliances to ascertain the healthy operational condition of each equip. ie. HT load break switch, transformer, LT power SB, MCCBs, along with in house lighting system and checking of healthy condition of all drawout feeder.)
