Excavation in post holes each n exc 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and removing earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm thick watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface as in soft/loose soil.

Dismantling of AC sheet corrugated / CGI corrugated sheets in roofing any gauge and any thickness including ridge, valley/gutter etc.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding,(but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Dismantling timber boarding of any description fixed in any position.

Dismantling wall / ceiling board (fibre pulp insulation) or insulation boards any thickness including cover fillets

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean & washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry at the rate of 3 kg per sqm

Taking down cement plaster on brick concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with, water etc.

Taking down chowkat with shutter/without taking off shutter from the frame n exe 1.50 each

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2 coats of synthetic enamelled paint over coat of red oxide zinc chrome on steel surfaces n.exe 10cm width or girth including preparation or new surfaces.

M&L applying two coats of weather coat on old / new plastered surfaces of wall over a coat of primer after applying a thin layer of wall care putty including removal of existing treatment and preparation of old decorated surfaces to receive paint complete all as specified and directed

S&F exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame for false ceiling 600 x 600 mm size of wall angle 25 x 25 x 0.35 mm size of cross sec 24 x 38 x 0.70 mm with 2 mm dia GI suspender including supply and fixing of 4 mm thick E board in false ceiling fixing arrangement from steel tress any type of tress and finished with two coats of washable distemper over a coat of cement prime on exposed surfaces all as specified.

S&F 2nd class Hard wood 20 mm thick boarding planed both side with butt joints fixed with nails in any situation complete all as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded brick aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate)

S&F Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B roof trusses (framed), trussed purline, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam,tee,angle,chanel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.

M&L Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exe 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Schedule'A' Part-II: E&M works

Taking down carefully aluminium/ copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (excluding sunken box) including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc and segregating serviceable fittings & set aside for reuse in the work and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceilings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring of any type and any size including wooden batten, PVC conduit or casing capping complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for point wiring complete with cable PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 V grade conforming to IS for one way SP, 5A with 1.5 Sqmm of cable of nominal area multistranded copper conductor(FRLSH) drawn through and including 20mm PVC casing capping including accessories on wall/floor/ceiling ( on surface) etc with 16G MS pressed steel terminal box with 2.8 mm thick laminated sheet cover for mounting switch, socket outlet etc complete with all accessories/fittings including PVC insulated continuous muli stranded copper earth wire (1.5 Sqmm)(FRLSH) and connected to common earth dolly complete for the following :- (a) One light /fan point/ bell point controlled by one way one switch.

Ditto item No. 34 above but one 3 Pin 5/6 Amp socket outlet on independent board.

Ditto item No. 34 above one 3 Pin 5/6 Amp socket outlet on same board with other switches.

All as per item No 34 above but point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm stranded PVC un sheathed copper conductor (FRLSH) for one 3 Pin 15/16 amps socket outlet on independent board including continuous earth wire with 1.5 Sqmm stranded PVC unsheathed copper conductor (FRLSH) and connected to common earth dolly.

Material and labour for sub main wiring using two single core PVC insulated, PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor (FRLHS) cable of size 4 Sq mm unsheathed drawn in and including PVC capping casing including accessories in surface to wall/floor/ceiling etc and 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor(FRLHS) as continuous earth continuity conductor drawn in complete all as directed and specified.

Material and Labour for sub main wiring using two single core PVC insulated, PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor (FRLHS) cable of size 6 Sq mm unsheathed drawn in and including PVC rigid conduit in concealed wiring including accessories in surface to wall/floor/ceiling etc and 2.5 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor (FRLHS) as continuous earth continuity conductor drawn in complete all as directed and specified.

Material and labour switch piano flush type 5/6 Amps single pole one way complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Switch socket combination, 3/5 pin, 5/6 Amp flush type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Building security light LED 45 watt,4500 lumen output complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Crompton, Model - LSTS-45-CDL-1 or equivalent of Havells/ Jaquar/Philips/Bajaj.

Supply and fixing LED Bulk Head fitting including light lamp of LED 10 watt comprising of pressure die cast with acrylic diffuser,IP 65 protection complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Jaquar Lighting, Model - LBK01X10XC or equivalent of Havells/Syska/Crompton

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron wire of size 4 mm dia as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @150 c/c both ways, one lifting handle made of 10mm dia TMT bar embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanized iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for bracket made out of 1.5 Mtr long 40 mm bore GI tubing, medium grade bent to shape for fixing of street light/ Building Security light fitting including fixing to wall with necessary clamps all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan/Wall mounted fan of any sizes from site for safe custody for refixing.

Hanging or Refixing of Ceiling Fan/Exhaust fan/Wall mounted fan any size including provision of suitable flexible cable as required from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and directed.
