Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil each not exceeding 0.5cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm ,watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface (hard/dense soil) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface excavation n. exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, and getting out in hard/dense soil Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtrs above the starting points complete all as spcified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious, built in CM 1:6 complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished with even and smooth Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B -2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in posts, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new previously untreated steel surfaces of any despcription, over 10 cm width or girth, otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Rolled mild steel as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: Item to be executed at 10 metres height.

S&F 0.80mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
