16.77 : Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1 km ( by mechanical means).

16.79 : Providing , laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate ( size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to Wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub - base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer - in- Charge. (Quality may be assesed by approved Govt lab, Quantity by level calculation and reporting to CTE as per norms).

15.3 : Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.(scrap to be returned to Client or disposed as per norms.)

2.8.1 : Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil

4.1.8 : Providing and laying in position Cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size). Cement make: Use Malabar cement only as per Govt. direction and in case of non availabilty of Malabar cement use Ultra Tech, Dalmia, Ramco or eq. brand in the order of preference.

5.1.2 : Providing and laying in position specified grade of Reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:1:1:5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size. Assessment of Strength of Concrete by Cube Testing in Govt. Labs.

5.22.6 : Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth levelThermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Make: Tata,Vaishak, SAIL, JSW or eq primary make in the order of pref including testing strength as per IS in Govt. approved labs.

5.9.2 : Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.(Centering and shuttering for foundation & footings and other different category of work may be considered separately as per DSR.)

5.9.3 : Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

13.52.2 : Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On concrete work of approved make as per the direction of Engineer at site.

od239810/2019_2020 : Supply and Installation of precast/cast insitu catch pit of about 1 m height , 1.27 m OD and 110 mm thick for road including all charge etc. complete as per the instructions of engineer in charge.

od240143/2019_2020 : Supply and Installation of cast iron gratings of size suitable for catch pit of standard thickness including all cost as per the instructions of the engineer in charge etc. complete.

16.92 : Providing and fixing 10x10x7.50 cm Granite stone block hand cut and chisel dressed on top, for paving in floors, drains etc. laid over 20mm thick base mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints 10 mm wide filled with same mortar including ruled pointing etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge

16.91.1 : Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper Embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design& pattern. The compressive strength of the blocks may be assessed by testing in Govt. lab as per IS.

od240164/2019_2020 : Fixing Waste bins with steel and wood combination including all cost and conveyance of all materials, as per the Architectural Design & drawings & the instructions given by the engineer in charge.etc.complete as per approved design, drawing, approval of Client/ KEL and direction of Engineer at site etc. complete.

13.48.1 : Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications:Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm. Make: Jotun,Asian, Berger, Nerolac or eq. in the order of pref.

od240413/2019_2020 : Supply, laying and clamping of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1 KV grade of the following sizes using clamps noted along with the cables, spacing of clamps not exceeding 60cms, making good the damages , colour washing etc. as required - 4 core 10 sq mm with factory made clamp and 25mm PVC pipe. Approved make with IS.

30.2.2 : Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m. lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).(If earth is not available at site from excavation).

30.2.3 : Supplying and stacking sludge at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m. lead complete (sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).

30.2.8 : Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

od240243/2019_2020 : Grassing with buffalo grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 60 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth, preparation of ground etc. In rows 5 cm apart in both directions. ( watering & maintenance till the completion of project work.)

30.2.9 : Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge

2.25 : Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

18.51.1 : Providing and fixing C.P. brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 690 gms.15 mm nominal bore. Make with IS.

18.55.1 : Providing and fixing PTMT stop cock of approved quality and colour.15 mm nominal bore, 86 mm long, weighing not less than 88 gms. Make with IS.

Note for Plumbing works: Best branded ISI make Jaquar, Cera, Hindware, Parryware or eq. in the order of pref. Water pipe: Supreme, Finolex or eq. with IS and all fittings with IS.

Note :1 All materials, Items, Equipment shall be best branded items with IS and approved by client/KEL

2:Rate should be inclusive of Insurance,Transportation, delivery and installation cost for all items and leisoning with different government Dept./ Agency, KWA/KSEB etc.

3.Rate should be Exclusive of GST.

4.Work should be executed as per DSR/PWD specification and direction of Engineer at site.
