Welding to broken joints with gas welding at top and bottom n exc. 2.5cm in length and thickness of metal to be welded n.exc 6mm, making the welded joint smooth by grinding etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Renewal of broken/ unservicable mild steel hinges of size 75 mm and of same pattern, complete as shown in drawings, specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Renewal of broken /unserviceable door handle with new mild steel chromium plated door handle with fittings complete all as shown on drawings, as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Renewal of unserviceable bottom based leg made out of mild steel sheet 1.25 mm thick, fixed with gas welding duly painted with a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as shown on drawing, as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Renewal of unserviceable almirah locks with new locks, 50mm size , 6 liver brass with duplicate keys complete all as shown on drawing, as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Harrison / Jayant/Link

Painting to complete almirah internally and externally both sides after preparing the surface by scraping, denting and cleaning of old painted steel surface with electric grinder and sand emery paper, applying putty etc and finally applying two coat of synthetic emamel paint olive greeen by spray machine over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Renewal of unservicable bed plywood top 12mm thick (07 Ply) BWR grade, ISI marked conforming to IS 303 commercial type of size 1800x900mm, fixed with screws and three stiffeners after taking out the unserviceable plywood top complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Polishing to unservicable bed new or old exposed to view with french polish after filling the holes/ cracks with putty, making the surface smooth with emery paper and applying raw/ brunt saina on the surface to direct vision complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Chair Dining (FD-279,16, 203,1115 and 228) Renewal of following old unserviceable parts of chair dining steel by replacing the same with new all as per drgs or sample kept in AGE(I)'s office and making item serviceable:-

Recanning of chair dining with half round polythene cane 2.5mm wide 0.4mm thick for seat in Godrej pattern and border with 3.5mm wide 0.5mm thick finished smooth glossy and edges free from sharp cut complete all as specified and as shown on drawing or as directed/ aproved by Engr-in-charge.

Renewal of unservicable front leg made out of well seasoned sheesham wood, made to shape duly wroughted all as per drawing fixed with fevicol, bamboo pins, screws etc, including PVC shoes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of old/ worn out cane plastic and old paint by using different type of abrasive emery paper, painting of chair frame with one coat of white synthetic enamel paint and recanning with new 4mm with half round cane plastic white in colour, made of superior quality plastic in mat pattern including providing PVC shoes best quality (4 No's in each chair) all as per drawing/directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting to complete chair after preparing the surface by scraping, denting and cleaning of old painted steel surface with electric grinder and sand emery paper, applying putty etc and finally applying two coat of synthetic emamel paint white colour by spray machine over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Charpoy GI Pipe With Plywood Top (FD-220) Renewal of following old unserviceable parts of CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH NYLON NEWAR/ PLYWOOD TOP by replacing the same with new all as per drgs or sample kept in AGE(I)'s office and making item serviceable:-

Renewal of plywood top by providing 12 mm thick, 7ply grade BWR Type BB, ISI marked conforming to IS-303, commercial face plywood having size 1980mmX905mm fixed with 8mm dia round headed countor shunk bolts , 65mm long with nuts and washers including making/ drilling holes in the frame of GI pipe , 3 No's each on long rail and 2 No's each on short rail of each charpoy complete all as shown on drawings and as directed.

Renewal old worn out and unserviceable nylone newar and providing new plywood 12mm thick 7 Nos of ply BWR Grade ISI marked to IS-303 type BB plywood commercial type of size 1980 x 950mm with and including 8mm dia round head counter shank bolts and nuts and with washer by drilling 3 holes each on long rails and 2 holes each on short railscomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
