• Item number 1 shall be cost of services as per Scope of Work defined in Section-V of this RFP • Rates quoted by bidder for Item number 2 shall be per man month basis where month consists of 30 days • The rates (AMC and man month rate) to be quoted by the bidder shall be excluding GST. • The rates to be quoted by the bidder shall valid for the duration of the contract. • Rate quoted by the bidder for change request rate shall be used as the man month rate for the change request during the AMC period of 5 years.
